The food was decent...once we received it. Party of 4 visiting from out of town for a conference. Promptly and courteously seated. Drinks ordered and served appropriately, orders taken...done. So we wait... and we wait... and we wait... waitress heads over and notifies our table that it will be a few moments longer -- we glance around at each other and notice its been a good 40 minutes since we ordered our food and notice that other tables around ours have been served and are well into their plates of steaming food. My stomach rumbles.... We continue to wait... Another 5 minutes pass and I notice our waitress is speaking to another gal that works for the Brewhouse but is wearing a different colored shirt...I hope they are discussing our situation and I wait, thinking to myself ok they realize the unprofessional event playing out and want to amend the situation... Oh ho ho was I mistaken... Another 5 minutes pass --- I ask the waitress (as she passes by with another tables steaming plate full of food) may I speak to a manager? She replies and I notice her speaking to the same gal in the different colored shirt. At this time the gal in the different shirt brings us our food and asks if we need anything else? My coworker states "no now that we finally have our food" I state "no but it did seem to take an awfully long amount of time for our food to arrive...." the gal in the different colored shirt replied that everything is made from scratch and nothing is prepared in less than 30 minutes.. That is understandable to me--if it wasnt for all the tables that came in after us and were served before us...nor was it understandable to me how my 3 coworkers ordered salads and I ordered a wrap and fries yet my fries were COLD.... :-/ HIGHLY disappointed Poor customer service Poor management Poor food Quality and CERTAINLY do NOT stop there if you have plans later

Myself, my husband and four out of town guests went to this restaurant hoping to get a nice meal. I had eaten there two years ago and the food was not good at that time, but thought I would give it another try. After being seated and ordering full dinners we waited about 45 minutes before being served our food. Out of six dinners three were sent back almost immediately as not edible. Two orders of prime rib (which were ordered rare) came out as well done. The meat was cold and so were the side orders of vegetables. My order of "Queens Fish = Halibut" was served so dried out I thought it was white meat chicken, and it was cool to the touch (Im in my 60s and have NEVER sent a meal back to a restaurant kitchen). The waitress took the three orders back to the kitchen and then informed our group that prime rib was no longer available. My husband agreed to eat his initially served well done cold prime rib because the meal was comped. The other person with the overdone/cold prime rib reordered and requested a rare beef filet. She waited another 1/2 hour before she was served her reorder and by that time the other five of us were finished with our meals so we all just sat there watching her have her dinner. The second order of reordered Halibut was barely edible and by that time we just wanted to be done with the experience and get out of the restaurant. This place is horrible - enough said.

My employer buys us lunch every Friday, and we ordered from Brewhouse Pub & Grille today. We were dissatisfied for a couple of reasons. First, when I called the order in I was placed on hold because the young lady who was taking the order had to make sure they could even take our order. She said they had a large to-go order and a large table and wasnt sure they could do our order with 5 items on it. It left me with the impression that if wed left the office together to go dine in the restaurant wed have been turned away, which isnt a very good way to do business. Then they left an item out of the order when it was picked up. When I called back to ask where the item was, both the person who answered the phone and the manager asked if Id like to go back to pick it up. I explained that were all the way across town and our opportunity to leave the office to pick up lunch had passed. While they did credit the card used for the purchase for a little more than the menu price of the item, the solution offered of us driving back over there because they cant take the extra 2 minutes to verify an order is complete before sending it out the door is a poor excuse for customer service. The chicken in the Asian chicken salad was very bland, as well, definitely not worth the menu price. Ive had chicken with more flavor handed to me through a drive-thru window. I wouldnt recommend ordering from them.

We were staying the night in Helena during our road trip and asked the gal at the Wyndham which restaurant she recommended in which she suggested Brewhouse. After narrowing it down to 3 spots we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was great, lots of TVs with sports on, friendly staff and a great menu. We ordered the Soused Shrimp as our appetizer which was amazing and could have been a full meal with as much shrimp as they piled on there! Between my wife and I we ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich and Mushroom Capellini pasta. The Prime Sando had a good sized piece of prime steak (not the thinly sliced prime you usually get elsewhere) that was cooked perfectly and we added shrooms and onions that made it killer! It also had more meat than bread which is hard to find these days. The pasta was great with tons of mushrooms and a big portobello on top. We didnt choose to add any meat to it as it was perfect the way it came. I liked that it wasnt over or under sauced as some pastas can be. We somehow managed to eat most of these large portions and washed it down with some great local beers they had on tap. Austin, our server, was great at recommending the food and beers. Without a doubt he gave us the best service we have had on our week long road trip. My only complaint is that you dont have a restaurant in Boise where we live! Great job, highly recommended!

We went here about 5 years ago and were extremely disappointed. We thought maybe something had changed so tried again. Thats it, not going back. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because my husband liked his sandwich. The table was sticky, the chairs needed to be wiped off, the floor around our table was filthy (obviously had been a child at our table before us). Our waitress was one of those squeaky, sing-song ones that wanted to know how "we" were today and had "we" decided what to order, and had "we" saved room for dessert. Ick. I ordered the Blackened Prime Rib Sandwich and a dinner salad, which I requested come ahead of my sandwich because Im a slow eater. My salad, which was nothing more than a plate of lettuce with a few sunflower seeds sprinkled on top, came AFTER my sandwich. There was so much fat and gristle on my meat that I think I got about half a piece of meat. I expected the prime rib to be shaved or sliced but it was just one slab of meat, as I said more throwaway than meal. Not sure which part of it classified as "blackened" -- it was very bland. AND, it was expensive. Never going back here. Done, done and DONE.
