Not very bright people work here. A pen of mine fell out of my pocket and onto the floor, meaning that I left it there. I called about an hour and a half later about the pen, and the woman was just stoned out of her mind. She told me, "Was it a blue pen? Yeah, I saw it." Like what, did you put it in lost and found like normal people or what? "No, I just left it". So she watched my pen get stolen. Thanks for nothing.

Hours say 10pm closing time. Came just before 9pm and the door is locked. Hours on door say they close at 930pm...so why arent they open..? Girl inside that doesnt work there at soda machine. Doors locked with a customer inside that rode up on a bike? Bad business and youre better off going to Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. At least they live up to expectations of a sandwich shop. Dont go to this subway.

Twice I went to this location. First time they eyed me strangely and didnt say much. But the second time I went in 50 minutes before close and one worker told me they were closed, while the other lazy employee just stared at me in an awkward way as if he didnt know what to say. I found out later they are supposed to close at 10. Need some initiative on this team if you could even call it that. Bad.

My girlfriend and I bought two foot-long sandwiches here this past Sunday evening (6/5/16). She found dirty chewed nail clippings in her sandwich. We will never return.
