The restaurant was clean. The Hostess was polite but a tad impatient as my wife was having trouble deciding whether to sit inside or outside. Will was a polite server but kept forgetting to check back on us and we had to get another server to bring more coffee and creamers and to tell him to take our order. But... the REAL REASON this review is only two stars is because when I went to pay the cashier... the young man at the cash register had the dirtiest hands. There was dirt under his finger nails and the skin on his hands was stained in dirt or grunge or something. Maybe he was up late working on his car but... it was sickening. We were there today, Mothers Day, May 14th between 8:45 - 10:00 am and the young man was dressed in dark clothes, wore glasses and had shaggy, teased dark hair. He seemed like a nice kid but had the dirtiest hands. How could you all at the Good Egg allow somebody like that to represent you at one of the most trafficked spots of the restaurant?... the cash register... unbelievable.

The service was excellent, but I cant say the same about the food. Potatoes were inconsistent; 1/3 were cooked well, 1/3 were burnt, and 1/3 were undercooked... How is that even possible. The eggs were horrible. Sausage was mediocre. Pancakes were delicious, but didnt make up for the sudden stomach ache, and the unpleasant bathroom trip. My sister also got sick at the same time. I think this was my first and last trip to this location. The worst part of it all was that the bill came out to $27 for two people, and we lucked out because it was half off regular price according to the receipt. This "good" egg has gone rotten.

We went there at 2pm, although they close at 2 30 we stood at hostes desk waiting to be seated for a long time before someone noticed us. Place looked deserted of customers too. We felt we had entered the Twilight Zone at that moment. Food was good when we did eat. They should rethink their hours. I dont see how they can make it with early closings.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. NEVER, EVER, EVER eat at this location unless you want to be violently ill for a couple of days and then under medical treatment for a couple more. The Good Egg has gone downhill since being purchased by First Start and evidently squeezing out revenue is more important than food prep.

After a very long wait, on a not very busy Saturday morning, my food came out cold. The water in my glass had a fishy smell. The waiter, who honestly had the personality of a tree, took 20% off of our bill. I couldnt even eat what he brought after I nicely explained my food was cold. We will not be returning.

Placed an order to be picked up, they said it would be ready in 10-15. My girlfriend went to pick it up after 20 minutes, it still wasnt ready, and when it finally was ready it was wrong so she had to wait 20 more minutes. To top it all off the food was horrible. Literally the worst breakfast weve ever had.

This place has jumped the shark. I dont know what happened here, it used to be ok to eat but after eating there for lunch on 4/3/2013, I will NEVER go back again. The server had a horrible attitude, and the food was cold and dried out. and the eggs were like rubber.

I havent even left yet and wanted to leave a review. This was the BEST breakfast experience we have had in a long time. The traditional Benedict beat the Benedict Ive had in multiple restaurants lately. Would highly recommend, our server Eddie took great care of us!

First time at this restaurant and we found a hidden gem! The food was great and our server, Eddie, could not have been better. He was attentive and made sure our orders were correct and to our liking. We will definitely be returning cause the food was great, too!

The Good Egg chain of restaurants has been bought out by First Watch. This is the last location to go through the conversion. The new decor will be more laid back, somewhat nautical theme. Breakfast & lunch menus have a healthier twist.

The First Watch chain has taken over a lot of the old Good Egg restaurant. But Hands Down The Good Egg run circles around First Watch. The menu selections great the prices are good and the staff is always friendly

Everything in the menu will wake you up niceful and peaceful...only if you did take out. I love the Good Egg, but every morning, it gets too, too crowded. Waiting in line is shocking for scrambled eggs

Great fresh food. Definitely one of new favorite breakfast places. The juices are amazing and the millionaires bacon is one of the best things on the menu.

WAY too expensive and very small portions (except for the huge pancakes). If you are looking for a good breakfast drive a bit further to The Farmhouse!

A favorite neighborhood breakfast place that is closing after many years for less than obvious reasons. Last day is 4 June 2017.
