Ever since I was a small child, I have loved this restraunt. I admit that the food is not exquisite nor gourmet. The pizza is a little cheap, but still quite enjoyable, and they have a few other options for dining fare. It is strongly suggested you bring CASH on hand, as they do not accept credit/debit or other non-cash forms of payment. With that in mind, they do have an ATM in the lobby, but it charges a fee, so its smarter to bring a 20 or two depending on how many people youll be treating. (their website has a full menu) You may also want to know that drinks are sold by the cup, or the pitcher, and they do have a nice selection of ice cream and various ice-cream based treats, such as bananna splits, and sundaes, along with the popular cones. The Organ itself is notably the largest theatre organ in the world, and is a conglomeration of various instruments and bits from other such organs gathered into one unit. Mostly salvaged from other theatres where the respective organs had lost their voice due to accidents, or just time itself. It packs a massive punch, and has a huge variety of tonal palates that can fit almost anything you can imagine. This is not your grandmothers foot pumped organ she would bring out for christmas. This is a full blown organ with almost 1,000 pipes in different tones, and it can get rather loud, but not too much so. Small children could be suprised and/or startled by the volume, so you might want to keep them in the lobby behind the arches and let them approach the organ at their own pace when it starts playing. (You will know it will be starting soon when the organist enters a small door next to the raised stage.). The organist WILL take requests, and cards and a spot to drop them are provided. Sometimes he will get a request outside of his/her normal selection but they will sometimes play it anyway, making things up as they go along, and it has always been a brilliant performance, regardless of how much, or little, preparation was in place for each performance. The food is not Olive Garden, but the Organ greatly makes up for it, and the performances are astounding beyond my ability to properly vociferate in text. Go see it for yourself, youll thank me later. One note: They ask that you do not take video of performances. This is due to copyright laws and fees involved, so please dont videotape the music! We dont want the record companies getting mad and sending a cease and desist for no good reason. Im sure they already have those legal details taken care of, and there IS A BIG SIGN in the lobby asking people not to take video, but I see so many people doing it anyway and it makes me sad that they cant respect the requests of the proprietors. I know the Organ is amazing and you want to share it with the world, but let THEM do that on their own, they have a documentary dvd out, along with several music cds for sale. Please dont ruin things for the future generations! In another 40 years, where will you find such a beautiful instrument, if this one gets shut down? its almost the last of its kind. Lets do our part to keep it secure for our kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. Please respect the proprietors request.

If you like waiting in line with rude blue-hairs for mediocre food and the ambiance of a Costco with the lights off, heres the place for you. We arrived at this location minutes after 4pm, its advertised opening time, only to find that recently they had changed their opening time to 5pm for "summer." There were already people waiting in line...for pizza?!? when it finally opened, there was a line well into the parking lot. There had to be three young families including us, where the rest of the people in line were pushing their late 60s. This reminded me of the Costco on sossaman and the reason why I refuse to ever go there anymore; the customers are rude, pushy, and oblivious to others around them. After entering Organstop, my assumptions seemed to be right on the money. I was walking up to hand my wife something while she was in line and suddenly an old lady decides to change her direction right in front of me. Well, we collided and I look over at her to see if she is alright. She mumbled something and scoured off. Great way to start the experience, I thought. Next thing- this place has no wait staff and does not take debit, only cash or check. We waited in line to order pizza, then there is another line for drinks, then there is yet another line for dessert. For pizza? This pizza better be incredible! Nope, same old generic toppings, crust was dry and flavorless, sauce was non existant. No, actually the crust did have flavor- a slight hint of cinnamon! I think the cooks kept the pizza dough too close to the dessert dough. The restaurant has no order what so ever. People are walking across your path, knocking into eachother- just like Costco. An especially old couple blatently cut in front of my wife and five year old son while waiting to order dessert! The only good thing was that the organ playing kept my son occupied. I hate this place.

I really liked the music. If you enjoy live organ music, its unbelievable. Heres what you need to remember though. Youre coming for the music. You definitely are not coming for the pizza. Frozen pizza usually has better cheese and sauce if youre willing to send a bit more and get a Freschetta or California. Any other sit down pizza restaurant is probably better food. Plus its overpriced for what you get, you have to stand in line for pizza, and then again for drinks, and on top of that, they do not take cards at all. Cash or check. They do have a cash machine in the lobby, but really, its 2017... As long as you bear in mind that you are coming to listen to the music, and you are going to put up with the few other frustrations, youll be fine. The music really is awesome. Ive heard the of their players, and they were all good. The organ has got to be seen. Ive seen other Wurlitzer organs, but this one is the best. The pizza is certainly edible, and make sure you bring cash, and plan on spending more than you usually would. Think of the pizza prices as a cover charge.

I almost changed my mind about going here after reading some of the negative reviews but Im surely glad we didnt. It was a great experience. The pizza was not as bad as reviewers wrote; and I did ask several other people around us if their pizza was good and the answer was yes. The hoagie sandwiches were good and the soup was excellent. You can get free refills on iced tea and coffee and it would be hard to find a bigger and better dish of ice cream for $2. Ive been to other venues where it was group seating at big long picnic-style tables so that didnt bother me a bit. There is table/chair seating on the 2nd level. But the real treat is the fabulous organ and the music he played. I just cant say enough about that. He played for about 40-45 minutes, took a short 10 minute break, and came back for another set. He took requests and played all genres of music. Our group consisted of all seniors - myself, my husband, my mother, her husband and my brother. All of us were just blown away by the music. We highly recommend this place as an evening of entertainment.
