If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service was not bad, and the server tried to be nice by gifting us with dessert and free hot tea so we did tip him very well. BUT the food we ordered was cold--and by that I mean refrigerator cold, barely heated maybe 15 seconds in a microwave. I am not kidding when I say this either--it was freezing cold beans. Had rice and some Middle Eastern stew (which was freezing as I said and not meant to be eaten that way, by the way), some rice with OLD teeny pieces of lamb in it (I hope it was lamb). The lamb was overcooked and had to be 2-3 days old. They serve you old food for top prices! They have nice curtains on the windows--but look at how filthy the windows are...omg. This place is a disgrace. It was a huge room with nobody there at 1 pm--and I know why. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!

The restaurant has great staff... Al hard workers no problem..... The big problem this place have is the owner this guy two thing hes deaf or he dont care.....the place have speakers blow your head up you dont hear nothing just loud music you cant talk to your friends if some one start sing really its worst ever place to go i will never go there again and will never spend a penny in that place

Went in for dinner at 5pm -they were out of food. Only had 2 things to choose from. Spoke to the owner, informed him this was my first time and first impression. I asked "if I take your only 2 options, can you give me a break-discount or a free appetizer at least?" His response was "no, its out of my hands" and walks away. I will never return!!!

Food was excellent. The rice was divine. Could have used more than one pita to split between the hummus and babaganoush.....i asked if it came with enough and offered to pay for more. Waitress assured me it came with enough, so got home and discovered 1 pita......a joke, they had to be pranking me. Its a pita for crap sake, not a t-bone steak.

The festive scenery and prompt service are just what you should expect of a high class restaurant, not to mention the deliciously clean hookah and attentive crew. This is the ultimate place to spend the weekend, such as the live musicians and pleasant singer, along with gorgeous belly dancing going around the tables tonight.

The food was horrible! They have a 9 page menu but were out of everything! I chose from the few remaining choices and it sucked. I spoke with the owner and he didnt care or even offer to try to do service recovery -he simply ignored me and walked away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Bad food terrible service only one waitress was working... it took her forever to get the wrong food on our table .i still gave her tip bc it wasnt her fault she had to serve over 8 tables...,they should have more servers for weekends at least ...never going back..

The manager was rude as hell...food was good..when I asked for wifi he states at 8pm thst its been changed for the next ed dsy opening...wtf so mad...walked in there there was apsululy no one in there...poor workers and environment!!!
