Worst customer service I may have ever received ANYWHERE! EVER! And we eat out several times per week. The manager was flat out RUDE, we had a "punch card" where you get a free sandwich after you purchase 10 sandwiches, we had 8 punches on our card, she informed us that they no longer accept the cards and ripped it up several times in front of us. Then we had a savings card from the hotel were staying at, the crew member very sarcastically asked are you ALL staying at the hotel, we said yes and she rolled her eyes at us. Then when we received our sandwiches they were all 3 sub-par, not what we have experienced in the past.

A different concept in ordering your food but I life creative ideas like that. I had the Italian grinder on white bread. I thought that the meat was a little on the skimpy side it could have used a couple more slices on there. I absolutely do not like the white bread. The flavor was gross & seemed kind of undercooked or mushy. I heard toasted is better, but I did not try it. The customer service was good & the vegetables were fresh. I do not think I would go back, but maybe something different or toasted would be way better at this place.

This concept is awesome & the sandwiches always come out so great by their system of toasting the sandwich with everything on it. Best idea of this place is the order bag, people that take forever at normal places dont get in your way because you check off what you want on the bag before you order. Great ingredients too.

just dont order the egg sandwich, they barely put any egg on the bread. good thing I had tomato on it or it was like eating bread sandwich with a sliver of egg. Ill stick to the meat sandwiches from now on. those are super !

First time we ate here. The service was excellent and the sandwiches were very good. They have a very big selection and the ingredients are very good quality. By far one of best sandwich shops Ive ever eaten at.

probably one of the stupidest ways to order a sandwich Ive seen yet. After I handed the gal my sandwich bag, she said "you shouldve ordered it toasted its much better that way." FML

Very tasty subs, if you like Firehouse Subs, youll like Which Wich! Dont let the brown bags intimidate you, just go with it! :)
