So I came in with my brother for lunch. What a waste of time and money it turned out to be. The young man who asked me for my bread order seemed to be the only nice person their. They had a lady with short hair and another lady with tattoos adding the toppings. This is where the problem is. They keep shouting across customers who have not orderd yet. It was a mess. They kept skipping people. Also they where very rude to the senior couple in front of me... Its like they had no patience. Especially the shouting not pleasant At all either. Not what I expect in customer service. Its ok to work fast. But be efficient and nice about it. I was over charged for bacon on my sandwhich I did not get. The meat was luke warm and rushed through the toaster and to top things off they where out of chocolate chip cookies. I was so uncomfortable to say anything to them. So I just left. Didnt even see a manager on duty of anyone nice enough to speak too. I spent 22 bucks here for 2 sandwhichs and 2 cokes. Not cool if i was not able to enjoy them... I doubt I will ever return to this location.

New, small place with an assortment of sandwiches on various size breads, thick to think. A number of salads including sliced meats and chicken salads. Soups and chili are great. Bottle beverages or fountain drinks. Friendly staff overall. This place is small for a newly-built restaurant, so I imagine that it gets cozy in there on lunch hours. Counter service: order at the far end, work through the line. They have delivery and call-ahead, too, with online ordering. I suggest that if you are in a hurry for mid-week lunches. Woody, natural feel to the decor, think old-school "Chilis" feel but for sandwiches. Kinda has a "crunchy" vibe there without being pretentious. Great for families on a Sunday morning but its not a kids play place. A way overdue "sandwich shop" for the Avondale-area.

I absolutely love potbellys, but not this one! The staff is careless, from the lack of welcoming when we walked in (and there was no one in the restaurant so they werent busy), the amount of staff that doesnt talk loud enough or treats you like you dont know what your doing, to the fact that I witnessed two employees with their gloves on using their phones, touching their clothes, hair, hats and counters. Im sorry but my well being is important and if you dont care to take off/change your gloves thats gross. And on top of all that they stood around with nothing to do just staring and whispering at my daughter and I, absolutely I can tell! Be careful where you eat! Im sticking to local businesses that care about their customers more!

Having grown up in Chicago, I have been going to Potbellys for years. When they finally made it to the Phoenix Valley I was thrilled. Now with this one open in the West Valley, there are plenty of locations wherever you are. This one was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The food tasted fresh and was made to look like it was assembled with care. The inside is spacious enough for a sandwich shop. With plenty of seating inside and out. I And they deliver too. I will definitely be coming back here again.

The best sandwiches in town hands down and there chicken pot pie is the best also i was reading some of the other reviews I think theres are a bunch of BS because this place is very clean and the people are very helpful and friendly thats just my opinion though

Meh. Chili was bottom of the pot, scraped and burned. "Shredded cheese" on the chili was a torn up piece of cheese and cost extra. Soda was flat. No hair nets worn. Staff couldnt care less. Dirty table and not busy at all. We wont be back.

Excellent sandwich shop in the west Valley the roast beef was perfect with the bread toasted & the broccoli cheddar soup was great the service was friendly,fast and very helpful for a first time customer will be returning soon :-)

I love the sandwiches here the Italian is my favorite. There broccoli cheddar soup is delicious and I usually have a good experience here. Staff is friendly and hardworking. I think it is good quality and portions for the price.
