They have good food in theory, but they dont put everything on the sandwiches the menu says is on the sandwich. They tell you its on the sandwich even if you are looking at the sandwich and it is not there. (Then they kinda act like youre rude for pointing it out) could be better..their food used to be better for sure. I ordered a griefo and added hummus(there was hummus on it). The griefo was missing guacamole, cucumber and pepper jack cheese. I told one guy about the guacamole and he went and got guac. The chef seemed annoyed when I said cucumber and pepper jack were missing too he insisted that they were under the spring mix and sprouts. I dug my fingers through my sandwich 2x by myself and 2x in front of him, I tried to show the guys my sandwich they didnt seem to care. he said he put it on there. They did give me a side of cucumbers. I again looked through the sandwich before I ate it, there were no cucumbers or pepper jack under anything. I added the cucumbers and guac they gave me but it would been nice to get the sandwich I ordered without having to dig my fingers through it or feel like people thought I was being annoying and rude by asking for everything on the menu to be on the sandwich.

This place is amazing!! Its not in the best location, and the parking sucks, but its about the food and experience. First of all every time I come here the people are always so nice, and cheerful. The food is amazing, Im addicted to the Kali mist with added sprouts!! Yum!!! When I lived in Memphis Mo for two years, just the thought of the place would make my mouth water lol. Its also cool that they have Kool-Aid always flowing. The one thing I can say is, that I wasnt for the fruity pebble treat. That was not good, for almost 3 bucks, it was dry and the cereal was hard, and not marshmellowy enough. You guys should get in contact with me and I can make you some bomb gooey treats, but that wont stop me from coming here. You come for the subs and atmosphere which are both great!

I ordered online( 7:11 pm). My order didnt come till 30minutes after delivery time of 8:22pm. I literally live less than 5 minutes away lol. The pb & j jelly dripped inside the bag and the foil was wrapped into the sandwich. Although it was room temp, the Apollo 13 was really good. I didnt give the delivery guy a hard time. I even tipped him- for he was just doing his job. But, If you guys could call to inform customers our order may be a little late- that would be nice. Apollo was delicious. The delivery was not.

I enjoy the food, it is one of the best sandwich places around BUT every time I call ahead my order is wrong. I live on 83rd and Glendale, get the food all the way home, to find out my sandwich is wrong.. I understand youre all stoners but there needs to be some organization to this place. I then have to go out of my way to go back because i dont like whatever I was given.. gas and time wasted and my stomach rumbling. tried to express my complaint to the employee working but he didnt seem to care.

Place is OK. I get the appeal, the cute 420 related naming and sandwiches. The sandwiches arent anything special, however you probably wont be disappointed. You get what you expect. I have had issues a few times, as well as some of my friends, and my wifes friends, with the staff at this location. Being disrespectful, hitting on them, nothing huge, but rude. I honestly wont go out of my way for Cheba Hut, but if someone is going there for a lunch run, I am not complaining.

I adore the sandwiches here, probably the best Ive ever had from any restaurant. White Widow with avocado is my usual go-to. The speed of service seems touch and go though; one time I went during a busy period and I got my sandwiches in about 15 minutes, another time I went I waited about 35 minutes. If you have plenty of time to wait its well worth it though. I would definitely recommend ordering online to reduce your waiting time in the store.

Love this place ! I come in right after my college classes and Im all bummed out tired of class and once I walk through the door here at Cheba hut all I hear is hey whats going on hows your day ! Thats just good customer service when you go up to order its like you know them and they know you they crack jokes and have some fun. Dont forget about the food! I regularly eat a Blunt of The Chronic. Love this place I will keep coming back very often.

Ive been here an undocumented amount of times in the past 4 years and Ive never had bad service. Everyone from Employees to customers are friendly and down to earth. If you dont mind marijuana then you should have no issues! The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because no matter how often or sparingly I eat here, theres never the same faces. Constantly changing employees which is normal i guess, itd just be nice to see familiar faces.

If youre looking for the best subs and treats of your life, look no further. Cheba Hut has such a wide variety of tasty subs that youre guaranteed to have more than one favorite. The only problem Ive ever had with this place is making up my mind! If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, Id never get tired of the Humboldt. And I love their smores treats! Oh, and youve got to try the pretzel bites! I love Cheba Hut!

Honestly, I loved the sandwich but I hated the rude pregnant girl who took our order. This was our first time here and we were looking forward to a great lunch. She was extremely rude to my wife and I but suprisingly nice to the 4 customers in front of us. As soon as we walked up, her whole demeanor changed. We wont be coming back, thats for sure. Plenty of other sandwich shops with better customer service.

Bunch of stupid people working here. Dont make an online order they are obviously not tech savvy here. Bunch of idiot and then refuse to explain whats taking so long and just hang up on me. Dude was mad rude and the next guy was just as bad. Never eating here again. If like to file a complaint against the guys working here on 8/4/2015 7pm_9pm lost a loyal costumer because of employees like that.

DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE IT SUCKS. We have called in our orders about 4 times now and they have gotten it wrong everytime. I really like the food there and going in is ok guess they smoke to much weed and cant concentrate on getting customers orders correct. Was a loyal customer but im done back to subway Cuase the cheba hut on 5925 w. olive has HORIIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE unacceptable.

I would almost certainly fail to convey the total experience adequately, so I will just say, "You are only guaranteed so many things in life which will make you smile (at the very least), and make you vow to return regularly, all before you have even TASTED the incomparable selections you are inhaling subconsciously from the parking lot! I promise - Cheba Hit will not disappoint!
