I have never had a bad experience at this Subway, but it seems they may be under new management... The lady who helped me and my fiance seemed extemely annoyed the moment we started our order of 3 footlongs, slamming the door to the bread cabinet and sub toaster. I didnt really think much about it, until she started to put veggies on my sub... I asked for all veggies, and I got all the veggies all right! A decent amount of iceberg, 6 leaves of baby spinach, 4 olives, minimal other veggies, and yes I did ask for more... BUT THEN she actually dug through the tomato slices as the line grew behind us, not to give me the redest juiciest slices, but the crunchiest and whitest slices as well as the end slices!! Wow! We left with the skimpiest subs we have ever gotten from a Subway. All that being said, from what we could tell this Subway was clean and everything seemed fresh. Besides from feeling a little abused but mostly cheated, the food was up to Subway standards.

I called and respectively asked if they had a combo of Turkey oand guacamole and she seemed irritated because I didnt know the menu by heart. At first I asked where they were located and instead of saying "sorry what was that" she said "WHAT" as if she was even more irritated. When I said "okay thank you, bye bye" after the conversation was over, she said bye in a harsh way and slammed the phone so hard we heard through the phone, and it was nothing easy. Like she was infuriated with us. I mean I was just confused and she was mad. Horrible service, worst Ive ever seen lacks sooo much respect.

Well first off hello. im .... i work at subway and i can explain why they only put a limited amount on their subs... First is because they are required by the manager or owner to put a certain amount of veggies on them then you must ask for more because if they just start loading the sandwich up with tons of veggies the food budget is gonna go through the roof. and last if you put to many veggies on one sandwich your not going to be able to close the damn thing and veggies will be pooring out of it. so stop your whinning and just ask for more

Excellent service , the people working there are always friendly. The food is always very fresh as is the bread . The chocolate chip cookies are the best. I eat here quite often and I cant find anything to complain about other than sometimes they have run out of chocolate chip cookies. But it is true the owners of this subway seldom take advertised coupons. I have seen some of the customers get very angry as well as leave and say they will never come back. That is a lot of revenue lost over a few coupons.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! I WORK WITH SPECIAL NEEDS PEOPLE AND THEY WERE EMBARRASSED BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES & TREATED AS LESS THAN! THEY HAD $3 ADVERTISED SPECIAL THAT RANG UP FOR $4 AND THEY REFUSED MORE THAN 3X TO HONOR THE SIGN UNTIL WE SAID WE WERE LEAVING. THE SODA WAS WARM WITH NO ICE THE EMPLOYEES CLAIMED IT WAS "BROKEN" AND THEY REFUSED TO GET ICE FROM THE BACK FOR US. AND TO THINK HOW THEY MUST TREAT THE RETIRED PEOPLE OF SUN CITY! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

THEY DONT BELIEVE IN GIVING MILITARY DISCOUNT , THEY CAN HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY WORK FOR. I will end up going to all the other Subways and tell all my Military & Veteran friends avoid that one Subway.
