ABSOLUTELY love this place......I probably go here way to often but cant stay away. The food is by far one of the best all around. I love Mexican food so Ive tried every place around trying to get some authenticity. This place is always consistent, the girl at the front is always professional and great to talk to, its good to support a family owned business and you always get a great amount of food for the cost. Dont waste your time even trying anywhere else, this place is worth whatever distance you have to drive to get here. Closest thing to real home cooked authentic Mexican food there is in AZ!

Ordered 2 enchiladas and one horchata, the owner handed me my drink and I took a sip.....it was gross it did not taste like horchata at all. So I let him know and he grabbed a cup and poured himself a little bit and tasted it himself then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with it.....so I guess that makes me a liar. Got home and tasted the enchiladas absolutely bland and there is definitely something funky about the meat. NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely disappointed with the food. Carne asada is horrible. Big chunks of grissel and fat. Ordered 2 carne asada tacos and half of meet was fat. Owner/manager, she was extremely rude and told me to throw away food and never come back. Horrible customer service. Suggest to go down the street and order from another restaruant. Never will spend another penny there again.

Ordered from Postmates. Large portions. Decent quality. Im only giving it four stars because the prices are quite high for what you receive. **If you order through Postmates, the prices are drastically lower than what the restaurant actually charges. Our total on Postmates was $18 but the actual bill at the restaurant was $30 so it cost $12 more than expected.

We eat a balanced diet during the workweek but when Friday after work arrives we cracked open some cold ones. Saturday morning is recovery time and hot menudo is the answer to cure what ails us...I call in my order at Hilbertos and my its ready when I get there with no waiting involved! Hope this place never closes because I live down the street

Way below average. You think we should pay 11 dollars for beans that jiggle around, fatty meat in the burros making it extra chewy, not hot red sauce just watered down food coloring is what its like, and no drink in the combo? I just paid over ten dollars for a meal that should be 5 AT MOST. Never going back. Rice was good and guy was nice.

$10 for a burrito and medium soda -- and they charge extra for carrots. The carne asada was not tender. Only 2 types of salsa (red and green) that were out of a can. Was clean and quick though.

the food sucks there carne asada is horrible very cewy and big chunks of it. they just heat your food up in the microwave and seen a employee not using any gloves. dont go there ever
