HORRIBLE. Im from Arizona I know mexican food pretty well. There salsa was OK needed more onion to watery and to much tomato. Had there Shirmp taco, they used TWO pieces of tortilla for one taco because they let the first one get soggy while they plate it. My girlfriend had the carna asda burrito, VERY oily not seasond. Had an emponata also ground beef must have been bad and breading was crap. On top of all this services was terribly slow. Took 40 mins for our food. people who came in WAY after us got there food first. The price isnt even close to there scope of food. Albertos for half the price beats there food 10 fold. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN. people who rate this anything more then a 2 just cant taste what there eating...BTW I am a local.

Delicious food, very fresh. Plenty of variety in the menu and fabulous prices (dinner for 7 plus dessert less than $65) . We came here because we were staying in Springdale and found that the dining there was a bit too snooty for us (pricey, inconvenient for kids, emphasis on wines, cash only...you get the picture). I only give it 4 stars because it was a little crowded feeling (the building, not the number of people there) and it had that potpourri-mixed-with-bleach smell when we entered, which I do not like. The server was very friendly and made us feel like family. Oh, and the portions were plentiful.

This visit was my first and it was great. I ordered the 6 Carnitas Tacos. They were good, pork was juicy and tasty. I have to say, I thought the carnitas the meat it self would be different. I mean the texture color and look of carnitas mean is different. I understand this Mexican food is mostly Americanized. The tacos were still good with the shredded pork. Also got the Flan which I was told was made here. Really good. The server was pretty good too. Friendly place. The wait was ok. Cause the food was good.

Chips and salsa are awesome. Just finished my burrito and it was actually really good with a equal ratio of meats and fillings. Definitely big portions, so keep track you dont fill up on the chips before you get your food. They were pretty quick with getting our order out, and they were efficient with making sure we were taken care of. I would definitely come here again when Im in the mood for a Mexican dish

Lupitas is a family friendly dine in establishment. It certainly wont disappoint but it probably wont exactly excite either. Service can be oddly slow sometimes. Be warned that their $1 taco and enchilada specials are a $1 for a reason, nothing special. If my friends want to meet up here I get more excited for the socializing then the slightly overpriced food. Upside, clean and enjoyable place to hang out.

I love and am constantly on the hunt for good Mexican food. I stopped by here for lunch one day when I noticed the place for the first time and the parking lot was packed. I was not disappointed. I had the tostada combo and it was great. I had intended on getting the taquitos, but ordered the wrong number off the menu - but no problem, because Ill eagerly return to try out the rest of their fare!

I arrived at around 7:15pm and placed a take out order. They were fairly busy by this time. It took about 45 min to get my carne asada burrito with a side of rice, beans, salsa and chips. The salsa is spicy and good. The burrito would have been perfect had they not put a ton of salt on the meat. It was so salty I almost could not eat it. I only ate it because I was starving by this time.

Lupitas was pretty good for the price point, although I would not suggest that you order the horchata....it was gross. Also, we ordered tacos for taco Tuesday (1 dollar each!) And Im glad that we didnt pay more than a dollar for each taco since they were very small and a bit tasteless....overall, it wasnt a completely bad experience, but I have had better Mexican food at a taco truck!

We love going on the Taco Tuesdays for real large Tacos not the small ones and then Enchiladas Thursday great days for good food. The Soup is served in a very large bowl and is great with large chunks of vegies and chicken always order it to go when I am ill. We have never had a bad meal and the staff is always so helpful even when busy. Highly reccomend it

Fabulous salsa (ask for the hot stuff too). Super nice family business. Food is always HOT and fresh. Everything I have had there is good. I know many people who drive quite a ways to go to their favorite mexican restaurant LUPITAS! The chicken chimichanga is great and could feed 2 people, the chicken enchilada and shredded beef mini tacos are very good too.

Lupitas is some of the more authentic Mexican food Ive had. The place is small, but the food is very good with lots of flavor! They dont skimp at all. It is owned and run by an Argentinian family, and they succeed in making your feel like you had a home-cooked meal.

We went there for dinner. Even if the place is very small and not engaging from the outside, we decided to try. We had enchilada and fajitas and booth were great, home made, tasty and totally fresh. Service was friendly and fast. A good place after a day of hike.

Absolutely fantastic service and delicious food. My group and I had looked at other restaurants and finally settled on Lupitas. It was the right choice. Their chile relleno and beef taco didnt last minute before I devoured it. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent mexican food. The chips and salsa are great. Carne Asada is delicious. And they even have Argentinean empanadas which are pretty much like what I used to eat in argentina! Id recommend this place to everyone who loves good mexican food.

The chips and salsa are great - as previously described. My Chimichanga was delicious (for those of you lactose intolerant be warned that it has lots of cheese inside) Great value and much preferred over the overpriced food of Springdale

Fantastic! Been going there for years, always excellent food and service. I plan my bike rides around lunch and/or dinner at Lupitas. In fact, Im driving the 25 miles from St. George tonight, specifically to have dinner there. So good!

the service was good, but that was about it. my wife and i were both fairly unhappy with our dishes, but they were not that good. the rice has chicken stock, and the refined beans use lard. typically mexican in a small town in utah.

We run Zions Gateway House and our first recommendations for places to eat is this small place in Hurricane. Best Mexican food in Southern Utah. We highly recommend it and try to attend Taco Tuesdays where tacos are only a dollar.

Food was delicious! All 4 of us got something different and every single thing was great. We went during peak dinner hours and the wait staff was slammed but they were fantastic and as attentive as they were able to be.

They serve American Mexican or Tex-Mex dishes here. Service was poor, the waiter wasnt even listening to and got part of the order wrong. Food was bland, but still edible. Venue was dirty and needed cleaning.
