I ordered $68.61 worth of pickup pizzas. I live about 12 miles away in Goldfield ranch. I only had a $100.00 bill and did not bring any credit or debit cards. They refused to take the $100.00 bill. They said they had received too many fakes. I returned home to get a card and came back for my now 30 minute old cold pizza. Upon suggesting that training to spot counterfeit money as my company does as well a most others was preferable to sending clients away, I was additionally met with some lippy comments from one of the servers since they had more than one order for Theresa. I gave him the last name which he said he did not have. The young lady at the register was polite and respectful and rather embarrassed. I have never written review before but was stunned about the service. I will need to think long and hard about every purchasing food from this place again.

(Nov 5, 2009) Save your time and money and go to Native New Yorker. This place has bad service. There was only 3 others in the restaurant and we watched our server texting on her cell phone a lot as we waited. Never was asked for refills on drinks and the food came out prepared incorrectly.The food was hot and prepared well but lacked seasoning and mostly tasted bland. Revision 3-27-2010 - We thought we would try this again and the server (skinny girl with short hair) was still there serving. There was more people this time and at least 34 of them kept trying to get her attention or trying to find her. Everyone was waiting around for her to refill drinks and pay for meals. Bad service as usual with no improvement in sight. Too bad because the food was better this time.

My family and I have been to streets of New York in Fountain Hills several times now and its always the same story. I was shocked at how busy they were, which would be great if they had a larger wait staff to keep up. I felt like just jumping up and helping the two poor waitresses because they were literally running around. Great food and the waitresses are excellent but I overheard other tables saying they would not tip because of the service. Its a shame that people do not tip there waitresses here because they are under staffed. Streets of new York please let me know when you finally have a descent sized staff because I would love to eat there again but, until then stay away!!!

DONT BOTHER EATING HERE! You are better off getting pizza at costco..Their pizza tasted frozen and reheated garbage..Tortinos is wayyyy better..The bread sticks tasted like how feet smell after a long sweaty day of work and jogging in the park..the joke was jam sticks...The wings were the biggest joke of all..6 burnt ass no sauce wings with pizza dried peppers sprinkled here and there..I dont know what Jackass foreign company bought this place and turned it into a cheap crappy joint is beyond me..Save your time and money and just buy frozen crap at the store!

Great management and staff! This location improved greatly under the management of Travis. We like the non-greasy pizza better than the place around the corner. Antipasto salad is good too (we ask for extra chopped) Update: New menu introduced June 2016 introduced some nice additions. Pizza crust is now hand tossed instead of rolled. NICE improvement that results in lighter, flakier crust.

Cant remember the girls name but she was so friendly and saw I was pregnant and went out of her way to write congrats momma on my to go cake lol, and awesome food on top of it! I definitely recommend this location

Had to wait an extra 15 min because they forgot to put in the oven. Little pricy, 2.00 each for topping is lame. Gave then another chance and they still are bad. Food not fully cooked. As for service, what service.

These people have a head time remembering to breath let alone your order. Worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. Dont know waste your time or your money. You will only succeed in disappointing yourself
