Delicious fast-food burgers, fries and shakes at great prices. The food simply cant be beat. But theres more! This outfit has the best customer service in town! Always a smile, always listening and attentive to your request. After you place your order, they repeat it back to you through the speaker. When you pay at the window, they tell you again what you ordered. When you drive up to the pick-up window, they once again repeat your order. Thats 3 times! And every time with a smile. You cant get any better than that!

This place is great - foods awesome - just wish they could nail the fries so they arent so hard lately. Ive been buying just the burger recently because the fries are just too hard to wanna eat. Never have a problem ordering a coke here and it needing changed super fresh! The staff works pretty well as a team. It makes you see why they get paid more than most in that industry. Smiles and Good attitudes go a long way.

I loved IN-N-OUT since I could remember!!!!! This particular IN-N-OUT needs just a little bit of faster service because when I go there I wait there for a pretty long time. I highly recomend getting the neopolitan shake, cheese burger, and the fries. Other than that I cant tell you what else is very good because I only get the stuff I just said. Either way I am still gong to IN-N-OUT no matter what.

After having In N Out the first time I was like ok this place is good but wasnt like OMG. Than I had it again and it was pretty much amazing! They get you in n out, and the food is fresh, good and cheap! A double double is only 299 and cheesburgers are 199 how can you beat it! Fries like 1.30 seriously and its all made fresh and great! This place is so amazing and way better than any other fast food.

This particular In-N-Out location is a decent one. Clean on the inside. Orders are always correct. Never too busy or too crowded. Another thing I like about In-N-Out is their simplicity. They know that they are good at making burgers, fries and shakes and so that is what they focus on. They dont try to copy anyone else which is probably why they are so popular on the mainland.

The burgers here are pretty good and service is always fast and friendly. The fries however, are the worst fast food fries Ive ever had. And its not symbolic of this location. The in n out recipe for fries is critically flawed in ways I cant explain. They should call up Dicks in Seattle and learn how to make fries the right way. Great shakes too though. Yummy!

I gave it 3 stars because this is the 3rd consecutive time the fries have been so salty. I guess Ill have to ask for no salt, previously not as much salt. Reason #2, Since when is "a few" splenda, turn into 1, then ask for a couple more and get 1 again. Didnt even waste my breath asking for a 3rd. If you go be specific and ask for no salt on the fries.

The best fries ever! And then there is the burger too. The gang at In-n-out are fabulous and always have a smile on their faces. I have been to this restaurant all hours and they are there making great food and helping people with an awesome attitude. It is wonderful to always know that no matter what I can count on consistency and a smile.

We love the food. Its consistently fresh and and a better value than other burger joints. The employees are cheerful and willing to accommodate your preferences. The only downside to being that good is how popular it is. Its a busy place. If that bothers you try not to go around lunch or dinner.

Considering the mind-boggling amount of customers they receive from the moment they open to the moment they close, the quick and friendly service is definitely worth a 5-star rating. If you have friends or family from out of town, In-N-Out is a must for lunch.

Pretty good. Smk a roach right before my order was ready... And the double double was awesome. Fries not so much. They were only luke warm when I got them and cold shortly after.. And also there was no mtn dew. Thats the big one ofem.

Incompetent crew. Ordered 3 x 3 plain, extra ketchup. Repeated the ketchup part twice. It was acknowledged by the order taker, the cashier, and the women handing it to that it had extra ketchup. When I finally get home, nothing.

Love the food ,but very disappointed with my fries all were burnt I also notice the person cooking the fries are re frying the fries,when I go in the evening the fries are not burnt compare to what I got today 8/05/13

Like every other In-N-Out, the foods incredible. And at this location there was no wait like how you usually have to wait an hour to get your food, we got in, got our food in about ten minutes, then left. Very happy!

8-9-11 The first In-N-Out I have been to. It was amazing as said before the place is super clean and the staff is top notch. I went here twice in one day. The fries are the best and made as you watch.

If youre visiting Vegas and have a rental, drive 30 minutes out of the city. Much better experience than the ones on the strip.
