Walked in and went to the bar for open seating. Immediately I see a booth but it was Dirty. So I start cleaning up the few dishes and pull it to the front of the table. As soon as I cleaned off the table the bartender (older lady with long blond hair, angela) comes by and tells me, what are you doing? The bar isnt open seating. Go to the hostess stand. Keep in mind, the people had already left...Shocked by her rudeness, my party of 3 went back to the host stand. 3 minutes later we were sat in someone elses section. We order drinks and wouldnt you know....the bartender filled all the drink orders but mine. It took her another 10 minutes to pour a beer. Talk about being spiteful...our server was so nice though! her name too is angela but with brown hair! Our food comes out and 2 out of the 3 are completely butchered. The took my meal off, gave 25% off of another. Either way, I wish people knew what a disaster that place is. Im in the industry and Im pretty understanding of many issues that may or may not happen but issues across the board.....yeah ok, probably not. Thank God for our server who we compensated for her troubles!

Our server was fantastic! Overall, she and the female MOD saved the experience. The food was disappointing, and not what we know and love at Red Robin. Fries were tepid, at best. Bun on my burger was greasy and soggy. Too two tries to get "a plain" bacon cheeseburger correct, as it came out w garnish and spread the first time. The bathroom was dis.gus.ting and severely neglected!!!!! Two of the three stalls had no toilet paper. One toilet and the floor all around it were covered in vomit - complete with semi digested bits of lettuce - that was dried up and quite obviously had been there for A LONG TIME!!! As soon as I got the MOD and alerted her to the bathroom situation, she was on it. Our server inquiried about how little of the burger Id eaten and if it was okay. She also made sure my birthday girl got a HUGE sundae and the requisite "happy birthday" song from the servers, which made her night ... and all is well that ends well. The birthday girl was happy. Well be back, Im hoping it was an off night.

Total disaster from start to finish. We went in New Years about 6:30 or so. We were told there would be a 10 min wait. it was 30 min, and when we were seated there were at least 8 empty tables. Service was seriously lacking, servers and even the manager were sliding their butts on the back of our chairs because they were to lazy to walk around, lifting large trays over as they slid through. The food took way longer than it should have and was cold when it arrived. My little girl wanted some more fires after waiting more than 20 min for a refill, were told it was going to be a while because they had to fill orders before they could refill my daughters fries. The restroom was discusting, there were towels on the floor and two of three stalls had no toilet paper. Ive had better experiences at McDonalds, we couldnt had a worse first meal of the new year. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Well. This is the last time I will be coming to this Red Robin. We were seated promptly but it took forever to get the server to even get us a drink order. Finally they took our order and the next long wait came for our food. Now, this is the reason I will not come back. The food came out on dirty plates like they have never been washed. The manager was the one who brought the food out and when it was brought to her attention she blew it off. Obviously with this lack of concern I would hate to see what the back looks like. The food, well it used to be halfway decent. Save your money and go down to burger king or McDonalds. You will save money and time!

My boyfriend and I last night were seated in the bar which we dont mind. Mind you I work in a resteraunt as a hostess. We sat there for at least five minutes then a server almost walks by us and then decides to ask if wed been helped yet, and we said no. He took our order and when we needed refills we had to call him over. The whole time we were there he never asked how our food or our drinks were. When my boyfriends refill a reg. coke tasted like it was all carbonation and very little syrup. We tell the server this and he refills his drink, and it still tasted nasty. We were not satisfied we left a tip only to be polite.

The food is good at your restaurant, however, we were in there today with some friends and were disappointed to see your No Firearms allowed sign. We as legal licensed concealed carry individuals who abide by the law have to be unarmed in your restaurant while the person that does not abide by the law will not honor your sign, and we are rendered helpless in a possible emergency situation. We will not frequent your establishment when you do not honor our second amendment rights.

nothing like claiming to make the best bugers in the city, state and nation... i made it through half of a bacon cheesebuger. it was gross! nothing like processed meat, bacon that had been frozen and has no taste and was cold, lettuce that would be better for feeding rabbits... oh did i mention that the bun was nice and dry! or better yet it could have been considered stale. but you know what, if they say it is the best burger in the city, state and nation...

We love Red robin the food is great, but for one reason the service yesterday was awful, we do not like this waiter bad service, and he needs to keep his comments to himself. My friend order a bottles coke float when she ask for more we wait for ten minutes, so she stand up and went to ask where is my float and he reply im going to serve another but stop sharing with everybody what a heck she was the only drinking the float.

First off bottomless fries! Fast friendly service. I order crispy chicken,before they even brought me out the grilled chicken they said they made a mistake. Fixed it and put crispy chicken then took it off my bill. In amd out less than 30 mins with 3 people even with this small error which to me wasnt even a problem cause I would have never known but they were honest and still gave it to me free! Great management!

I like their chicken sandwiches, and my husband likes their chili chili cheeseburger and the "tavern double burger." Im not a big beer drinker, although they have several to choose from. I like the flavored iced teas; you can get them with either a peach or raspberry flavoring added. If you get on their mailing list, you will receive discount offers pretty frequently, especially for Tuesdays.

The food is good and the staff are excellent! The atmosphere and lighting are terrible and. The restaurant feels cramped. The billing computer at the table has never worked correctly. We have been going on this location since they opened and they have changed the theme and menu several times but they really didnt need to, the restaurant was a solid 4.5 before they changed everything.
