Our server was good, but thats the only positive thing I can say. This was my first experience at a RR. The menu presents products that look to make your mouth water, but the food itself was ho-hum. I got the Southern Charm burger. Menu price-$14. I could have made it at home for $5. The garlic parmesan fries were horrible, and the peach tea tasted like dish soap. Three of us ate for almost $60. My opinion, the value was more like $20, and thats being generous. I would rather have Burger King...it tastes better, and is priced more accordingly. I doubt I go back.

Im not really sure what Red Robin is. The food was strange and fake tasting, theres obnoxious computer screens on the tables, the unlimited fries gimmick is annoying (just put more than a small handful on the plate and I wouldnt need a refill). Seriously its not like I had high expectations for a chain burger restaurant but the burger was beyond gross. When they ask if you if you want it a little pink dont say yes, that means cold. Go to five guys, spend half the money.

I got a chicken sandwich and it was very good. I also got the freckled fruit salad. My husband got a burger and fries. The burger was cooked exactly as he asked for. The waiter was great and kept check on us to make sure all was ok and if we were ready for refills. The music wasnt loud at all. I admit it is a little pricey but you get as much fruit salad or fries and soft drinks as you can consume for the price. The food was much better than Burger King or McDonalds!!

I was not happy with my hamburger. Description said two hamburgers, and it showed up with a spicy sauce and cheese. I ordered the mini wedge salad and it barely had any bacon pieces or tomatoes. I also had to ask for extra ranch dressing. The onion rings batter was not very good. I had to peel that off to eat the onions. When I said something, a manager should have stopped by to ask what my distress was about, and he or she never showed. Not typical red robin service.

Apparenly bottomless fries is just a sugestion. Our sever made a snoty face about me asking for more fries. Then they took forever to bring them out. They also dont ask if you want more and then ignore you if they walk by. They must be trained to do that. Anyways any other place will give you lots of fries and wont make disengenuine promises. There food isent mind blowing so just wont return. I miss fridays.

WAY WAY WAY too loud and it took the kitchen three tries to get a salad as ordered. My wife ordered a salad no cheese or croutons, guess what was brought to the table. When it was delivered the second time the cheese was still mixed in the lettuce. The third attempt was half Iceberg cores and inedible. Oh and did I mention how loud it is in there?

The food is amazing. I have went three times to this location and it just opened this week. Friendly staff and hot, tasty food. So far so good. Please keep up the good work. Almost all places are great when they open and you see a gradual decline. I hope not with this place

Over priced for what you recieve...any fast food burger is better tasting than the burgers my wife and I just tried to eat...save yourself the money and eat at McDonalds...which is still disgusting but better than red robin. It was the first and only time we will go there.

Ohh baby, where do I start? The delicious food, the clean taps for the wide selection of draft beer, or the kind staff. Everything is just about right at this spot. If you ask more than once theyll even let you meet Robin...who in an ironic twist hates the color red.

Good food. Nice place. However, if you are gluten intolerant, like me, beware! I ordered a burger with gluten free bun, and was extremely careful to alert them to my condition. They served me my burger with a regular bun! I was very lucky I noticed!!

For the prime rib sandwich with dipping sauce. It was so dry it was inedible. Also our waitress Stephanie needs some serious customer service skills...from beginning to end she made it a horrible experience from being flippant to outright rude

This restaurant was clean and we were seated in the time frame that we were promised. Took a little longer than it should have to receive our food, but not horrible. There are portable chalkboards to entertain you.

My boyfriend and I attended one of their "sneak peek" nights. We were enthused at the service and the food was excellent! The bartender had great suggestions on foods, drinks, and dipping sauces!

Excellent foods! Sometime burgers are cooked at incorrect Temps, but we were told they were having issues with the grill, and management compensated us nicely for the troubles
