Horrible customer service displayed by the owners on two separate occasions. First: During the flip-flop day- It was advertised that you could receive a smoothie if you wore flips - I literally watched the owner change the rules so that if customers did not donate to the Sunshine fund- they couldnt receive the advertised freebie - That was weird. Second: While taking a business call I inadvertently forgot to tell the nice sandwich-maker-guy that I wanted Jamaican Jerk sauce instead of Southwestern Sauce (gross), anyway, the owner emphatically told me that they were NOT going to remake it, and that was NOT going to receive a refund because if I received a refund then they would lose money - Umm lady - REALLY! I will drive the extra 8 miles and waste the extra $2.45 in gas to go to Atlanta Hwy where I should have gone anyway!
