I took my little girl here for lunch because they claim kids eat free(they charge for the drink and one cent for the food)... the tables were nasty.. the food wasnt enough for what they charged.. i thought they would have freshly made lemonade instead of that fake lemonade from machine.. but the little food that i did get was surprisingly flavorful.. not appealing in presentation, but good.. oh and the chips and salsa could use some work.. especially the salsa..

Real dissappointed with the service and the food this go-round. I used to enjoy this restaurant when it first opened but now I get the feeling this establishment is no longer worried about my patronage so I just get the "whatever" attitude and the"oh well" service. I have always liked Cucos and encouraged friends and family to go there, but now, unless I see a drastic change in service, food quality, and appreciation, then I wont be going back.

Ive been here for lunch a few times, and I am confused. Overall I like this place. The chips and salsa are good. The menu items I have tried have been good, but small portion-wise. The most confusing thing is that hardly any mexican people work here except the hostess/cashier who always seems to hate that anyone is there. The sweet tea is good.

The chips and salsa that are given to the table didnt have a lot of flavor. The rice with my dish was bad, Ive had better instant rice. The rice was clumping together so it was probably over cooked. The special sauce looks like gravy. The tea was good and the staff were friendly.

Closest thing to real tex-mex in Montgomery. If youre from Texas or Southwest, youre going to be disappointed by all in Montgomery. Excellent Value for lunch and very quick. Order the black beans and sour cream enchiladas.
