The only good thing I can say is the food was good. It took us asking who our waiter or waitress was for them to the hostess to tell us she didnt know but she could get us drinks. We ordered a side of cheese curds like we have done in the past only to have a full size appetizer to come to our table. Couldnt tell the waiter it was wrong because he has already disappeared. The music was so loud I could not hear the person next to me plus it was the worst music I have ever heard. It was an overall horrible experience.

Chicken wings wasnt cooked enough, the skin was like rubber and the sauce was just splashed on some. Order fries with cheese (which isnt on the menu) but hey came out cold and the cheese so hard that we wasnt able to tear them apart. My mother seemed to enjoy her wrap of some kind. My daughter had the boneless wings and liked them. But for my sons and my wings HORRIBLE!!!!! Add slow service and a $65 tab with only tea,water and (2) soft drinks.......WILL NOT RETURN.... TERRIBLE!!!!

if your not a local, dont bother. Gave a compliment to the guy in the back who actually cooked the food, the rest of the (slow af staff) looked at me like I was insane. This staff is set on the locals, thats their priorities. I wish i could leave a picture. I have a pic of 3 staff members that did absolutely nothing, but hang around this one table. Bww cooperate needs to rethink this location.

the man continuously served me the wrong order and wouldnt get it right. He then told me my meal was free and had me thinking it was free. I end up having to pay for something that I didnt plan on paying because my mind was filled up with the fact that I didnt have to pay. Bad ass service

Food is good, service is good, waitress was terrible..I asked for half of one flavor and half of another flavor (which it says you can on the menu and I showed her this) and she said "no I am not pissing off the cook" and continued to be rude and say rude things towards me and my family.

My children and I had a delicious meal with great service. Moneisha and others made sure we had everything we needed and the wings were fried to perfection! Beltline BWW in Decatur, Al. is one of my favorite BWW. I live in Nashville.

Its like most of the BWW Ive been to. Not a great place to catch an NFL game. Went in to cheer my Packers on, and was told to quiet down. Im pretty sure that wouldnt happen during an Alabama game. When in Rome I suppose.
