Walked into the restaurant admiring the cosmetic improvements they have made over the past couple of months, and hoping the changes reflected in the service....UNFORTUNATELY the changes that needed to happen didnt. We waited for 10+ minutes (the building wasnt empty, but they werent busy--probably 70% full) for our drinks (ordered 2 waters, 1 limeade, and one draft beer--REALLY HARD TO MAKE). Food actually came out pretty quickly, which we were excited about...until we went to dig in. The wings were cold and were delivered with the wrong sauce. My wifes order was wrong, as well. When we could finally get the attention of the "Captain" (wearing the white Bdubs jersey) she told us she would get a manager. About 5 minutes later, the manager came over to the table and essentially told us that there was nothing wrong with the order. I offered her one of my wings to prove to her that it wasnt the correct sauce, in which she declined and walked away. About 5 minutes later she came back with the correct sauce/warm wings. She asked that I try the wings in front of her to see if they were correct...and they were. She said great, and walked away never to be seen again, until the end of the meal. We received the full priced bill for cold wings and wrong orders. As a consolation gift, the manager returned with a plate of ice cream and chocolate cake to apologize for the experience. I told her that I would have preferred a discount or a free meal. The bill never changed. I love Bdubbs...and I would genuinely like to be okay with going here, but it is like this every time we choose to go here to spend our hard earned money on awful service and cold food.

We ordered carryout at 5:25. They told us 15 to 20 minutes later. We arrived at 5:48 and my wofe walked in around 5:52. that is 27 minutes since they told ua 15 to 20 minutes. My wife did not exit with our food until 6:16. 15 to 20 minutes turned into 51 minutes. The manager said it was due to understaffing and he had to work in the kitchen because of call offs. Waitresses were standing around not helping the carryout girls at all. The management should have called employees in or staffed better and made waitresses assist. They gave my wife a gift card or comp next time we go in. Not sure if we will return until the piss poor management is gone. Wings Etc. is not that far and has had better service anyway.

Walked in and waited to be seated whilst watching a group of employees talk in a circle behind a counter. Place is empty. Finally a server with menus asked if we would like to have a seat. Then he asked if we would like to sit at the bar. I said No we would like a booth and want to eat. He says, you can eat at the bar? Again I say booth please. We cant help but notice the smell... the smell of an old McDonalds playroom. A high school wrestling room smell was very heavy while sliding our feet on the greasy tile towards our booth. After being seated, we left asap.

We have been coming out here for years! This place has gone down hill bad! Yes it is indy 500 weekend but this place was empty. The food came out extremely slow and COLD! Waiter only checked on us 3 times and was super slow with everything, had to keep asking for a refill. And this is the only time we have been to any Bdubs and the manager has not been walking around and checking on tables, I wonder why!! Probably not visiting this location again, and we will spread the word on how bad service has gotten. Your loss.

I have been eating at this bw3s location for about six years now. They have some of the best food on planet earth. Sometimes the service is better than others, but I have never had noticeably bad service before. My favorite thing to order is either The BLAZING for swelling and tasty lips, or the Caribbean Jerk. The HOT is also very enjoyable. Make sure you get some buffalo chips with cheese and Chilli which are fantastic. Overall great place to dine with an added patio for smokers.

This restaurant has really declined in the past couple of years. Terrible wait staff and unnecessarily long wait for food. When we finally get our meal, it is not fresh and had clearly been sitting under heat lamps for some time. Management is is unapologetic and does not show any concern when given feedback. Weve tried ordering carry out to avoid problems but have been given the wrong or completely missing food every time. Weve stopped going there altogether.

Overall it has good food but the service at this location was horrible. Im 18 and I was taking my girlfriend out on a date. But instead I was treated like a kid and ignored by my server. I didnt tip him. Also I went up the cash register to pay cause I know it was going to be another 30 minutes before he came back. He dont ask me how my food was or how the meal was going instead worried more about the tables around us. Good food horrible service.

Not good... wings not properly cooked... rubbery... loose slippery skin... slow service... Street Tacos....shouldnt be called Tacos...had no Mexican flavor at all... almost sweet tasting.. Trust me.... I live and was born in upstate NY... have been to the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo several times... lived in Northern Mexico and South Texas, California, Colorado. .. been in all 50 states... eat out several time weekly...

I have to give it at least one star to write this, otherwise it would be a zero. Bad service, all of our food was cold that came out, even the wings. What didnt come out took forever and the worst part was they burnt all of our burgers. Not to mention the pools of urine in the mens restroom and you would have to be a contortionist to even get in a ladies stall.. The only thing that was warm was the beer!!

Got the recommended buffalo chicken wrap and it was tiny and had almost no chicken in it. For the same money I could have had wings. Also we spent the whole time waiting on refills, one person in our party never got his tea refilled. I might have understood had it been busy but there was an abundance of waitresses and hardly anyone seated....it was expensive for what we got doubt Ill be back.

Not a real sports bar! They would rather tune in sports talk shows with no sound and replays than a live playoff game!! Changed channel multiple times off a live NHL playoff game to other shows. (It was only tv showing that live game). Joke of a supposed sports bar. Even changed it once to a concert with no sound!!! If you want to watch a specific game dont come here!

The bartender and wait staff were amazing. The food was good, what you would expect from a BWW (very good wings). The "customer experience" guy (Adam) was a total and complete dbag. Took him over an hour to pull up my game on the tv because he was preoccupied with some friends at a high top. All in all good staff. But Adam was a waste of wages.
