Me and my wife were hungry for breakfast one day and thought that we would try out the bagelsmith. When we first sat down we were immediately and passive aggressively told no outside beverages allowed. I didnt notice any signs ,but i put our dd coffees back in the car half drank.(We were thirsty and our drinks were half empty) So we ordered food and some beverages, now here is what set me off to never come back. It was busy and the food took awhile to get, our beverages were well empty by the time we got the food. We only saw our waitress when we ordered and when we paid, NO REFILLS between the 30-45 min we were there, but we were told NO OUTSIDE DRINKS. Then of course our drinks are melted in the car when we got out. Its a shame it was right down the road from us,NEVER AGAIN.

Go there a few times a week and never had a bad experience. The service is amazing and the food is incomparable. Great prices, good atmosphere. I highly recommend if youve never tried before. You cant get a better breakfast anywhere in the area including the local diners. The lunch is great as well, Im a huge fan of their egg salad, its always fresh and definitely homemade!

So delicious! Both the breakfast and lunch foods are so worth it. The prices are not bad at all either. The atmosphere is also very nice. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy a meal with a loved one or friend . You have to try the flavored pancakes ! I try a new flavor every time I go lol. The Ruben sandwiches are the best I have had in the Lehigh valley so far!

Friendly place to go with family , very quick service , unless you go on weekends when they are slammed busy , and as for the comment below about dirty and grime on everything , first Id like to say this place is by far one of the cleanest , go over to tic toc and tell me your opinion then because I for one would never eat there.

Dis-F-in-gusting. Scum and grime on every surface. Dingy. Saw owner/manager grabbing his junk as he walked out of the restroom, I went in right after and definitely didnt wash hands because the only sink in there was bone dry. Took forever, bacon burnt, and food came out separately on a plastic plate. F that

Fast service and good food. Even if you fumble your order because you dont know what you want (like me.) They make good on the food. I loved my sausage/scrambled egg/pepper jack wrap. Saw more of the menu later and will come back with the wife to try out more =D

It took 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese, but the worst part was the woman making the bagels stuck her finger in the cream cheese or butter (without gloves) and licked it off her finger. Never eating here again. Gross.
