Today was my 2nd visit, in not quite 2 weeks, and both times the food was awful. I usually love the food. During the 1st visit, my husband and I both ordered the open faced hot meatloaf and BOTH of our meatloaf slices were burned to a crisp on one side, so they put that side down. Then today I went and again got the same meal and I dont know if they grill cinnamon buns or what, but there was some cinnamony film sticking to the bottom of my meatloaf.slices..almost like the thin film you get from eggs AND there was some spongie unidentifiable stuff in my mashed potatoes, that was disgusting. I tried to get on their site to send and email and none of the sites are working either. So seriously disappointed. I used to LOVE this place. The "had" great meatloaf. Dont know if I will go back. :(

I had the most horrible experience ever at this so called diner. First thing my chicken was raw when they brought it out, and you know any normal place would take the chicken off my bill, but no the cheap owners offered me free desert!! FREE DESERT when I paid 12.99 for a meal and the chicken was raw! these prices are way over priced when you could get fast food which I promise you would taste better than that food. The silverware is dirty, and the servers clean tables with dirty RAGS ew Ill never step foot into this place again and I would suggest the same to you

Had a seat right in front of the kitchen and lets say that I was shocked at the hygiene of the workers, wiping food on their pants and then handling food. The service was mediocre at best, it took 1 hour to get food for 3 of us and we just ordered eggs and sausage. The server gave us coffee when we arrived and then never came back for one hour. It is a nice location/environment but the service is horrible and the food is "ok" at best. Will never go back.

Tried this after switching up our usual breakfast spot, and I am most certainly not disappointed. Then again, Im not hard to please. We were greeted by a very kind and friendly owner, I believe his name was Tom. The menu is a bit busy but has something for everyone which I love. The food was fine, it was diner food. Great value for the price. Overall a very good experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.

I used to work for this company I had blu hair but since I been gone all these comments put the blame on ray carrabia for yelling at employees and over working them and big tall gent heavy with glasses tryed to start fight with employee ray dropped food replaced on plate numerous perverted coments made do not let duaghter work here over all I feel this place should be shut down your truly ya boy blu

Great breakfast. Amazing service -ask for Jen as a server. This place is always crowded but the atmosphere is always calm and inviting. Price is a little above average. However, the service and staff make up for this. Always clean and well kept. I recommend taking friends and family here on the weekends.

We ended up here by accident but it was a good accident. We were a party of 6, it took a little time to get waited on initially but the food came out pretty quick and our server was good about getting us our check as we were in a rush. I will definitely be back to try more delicious selections.

I was thinking you know its a diner should have cheap food. I got an omlet and biscuits and gravy and my girl friend got a breakfast meal that came with choice of potatoes eggs and a meat and this came to $31.22 and the food wasnt even to a diner standard idk but i feel ripped off.

This diner has the most exceptional breakfast in Cranberry, hands down. Every item on this menu is pure, delicious happiness. You will not regret stopping here for breakfast OR lunch. Desserts, ON POINT. Wait staff is that special kind of hometown pleasant.

Food is consistently good. Especially breakfast, but I have had lunch and dinner there. Its a diner, with diner food. Done very well, and I think price is quite fair for the quality of food and service. Always friendly, a pleasant stop.

Needed to use the bathroom. Toilet clogged. Told them, they didnt care. Greasy eggs, slow service, still waiting for waitress to take my credit card. Shes nowhere in sight. Used the bathroom next door and the toilet is still clogged.

Took over 45 Mins for our food to come out two tables were served in front of us that came both 15 Mins after us. Service was terrible. Better restaurants in the area with better service food was ok.
