The Rams head is your typical McMenamins establishment with your typical menu and drink items. However, the atmosphere lends itself to be small neighborhood pub with a dark and cozy atmosphere. While the bar is small, it is inviting and comfortable enough to make you forget youve been drinking all night. Theyre late-ish hours (12 a.m.) allow you to get a snack to stay or for take out. (Sometimes, you need a bowl of clam chowder at 11:30 pm to set you straight)

Its a fairly standard location for this chain. The beer is great. The service is friendly. The cooks, however, was a little off their game on my visit. I and another in my group ordered the veggie burger. The buns were toasted to absolute dryness, and the patties were rather charred. Another person dining with us asked for a burger done medium rare. It came out cooked beyond well done. It was definitely not a $10 burger.

Oh McMenamins, youre convenient because youre everywhere, but always underwhelming. This place has a different menu than most of their other locations. It stays open late, and the food is typical, meh ok McMenamins food. Sitting outside on 23rd is pretty nice, so thats usually why we ever go here. Still, there is much better food to be had on the block.

My husband and I are traveling and stopped in for a few beers. The place is quaint with an old pub feel. We cant speak for the good, but Bartender Collin was great! The got slammed with a large group demanding a multitude of custom drinks and still took the time to care for us. Id recommend this place for a laid back atmosphere and great service.

Mcminamins is a northwest chain that provides at most there locations a unique quirky and fun casual laid back dining experience. Having multiple locations experience can differ from spot to spot. This particular location however is on there game! 4/5.

Its a McMinnamins pub so the food, drink & atmosphere is to other Mcs. Rams is a great walking distance pub for those living in NW 23rd area - not overly busy on weeknights and more comfortable than some other bars in the area that also serve food.

Overall very good experience but I do give a 3 out of 5 because I requested a medium burger and came well done. Reordered it but can back on the very medium well almost well done side. Overall though it was very good experience

Wonderful cocktail tasting! While post as not s specialty dinner, well worth the cost for the 3 cocktails and their food pairings. Everything was fabulous--especially the harvest moon cocktail, blended specially for this event.

Nice place! Friendly staff. Honestly the food wasnt very good though. To the point where my wife actually couldnt eat what she had order. All in all its a nice little place - just might need to work on food quality.

Not too bad, still a McMenamins though. Your tator tots will be counted out onto your plate, and the beer will be too expensive. The service is ok and the food is the same stuff they serve at every McMenamins.
