We turned up here for brunch one morning. I ordered 2 eggs and toast, my husband ordered the breakfast burrito. However, they had run out of wraps. Instead of telling us this and giving my husband the chance to order something different, we were just left sitting there. Over half an hour later (I was really hungry by this point) I went up to the chefs window and plaintively looked through. The horrible waitress pounced on me wanting to know what I was doing - no, she couldnt hurry our food along, no, she had no idea what was going on, blah blah blah. I asked if we could have more coffee (she hadnt come back to offer refills). She came back over with coffee and subjected us to a simply bizarre harangue about how she had nothing to do with what happened in the kitchen and that out food would coming at some point. With hindsight we should have just walked out at this point and gone somewhere else - I mean, whatever happened to presenting a united face and working as a team!? Anyway, our so-so food did eventually arrive, probably about 50 minutes after we ordered it. Bear in mind we are talking scrambled eggs, toast, and a shop-bought wrap with eggs and stuff in here. The weirdo waitress ranted about the kitchen again and told us she was going to take the cost of the coffee off our check. Well wow. We ate here on Sunday 16th August. If the owner or manager reads this review, he should check who was serving that morning and fire her, she really was that awful.

GO TO McDONALDS INSTEAD!!! I took my mother to this establishment for lunch. The service was lazy and inattentive, the waitress was unfriendly and displayed a bad attitude. Instead of refilling our drinks the server brought us a mini pitcher filled w/ Coca ~ Cola in order to, in her words "Save herself a trip"!? The food was sub-par at best. My hamburger appeared to be constructed by a 3 yr. old. Too much lettuce, mayo was dripping off the oversized bun and the tomatoes were chopped not sliced. I requested a side Caesar salad and was given browned Romaine lettuce that looked as if it was just thrown into a bowl w/ little else. I did not finish my burger, choosing instead to give it to a homeless lady sleeping on the sidewalk which was probably an act of cruelty. I will not be back, the management is not doing their job.

SO GOOD I am using one of my Best Evers on Nob Hill! Look, its a bit dive-y, but its authentic. As long as you know that going in and dont have high expectations of some nouveau burger creations, this place will do you right. The bugers are greasy and messy, just how I like it. I love their bacon cheeseburger and their mushroom and swiss, and of course the Nobby. It comes with their special sauce and tons of shredded lettuce--YES! Get it with sweet potato fries--yum! Solid burger joint. Its not a Little Big Burger but it isnt pretending to be--that is something totally different. This is unpretentious and just damn good. PLUS, they are open everyday!

I called to see if I could get the head chefs email or perhaps the owner. The woman who answered was rude, with no customer service skills what so ever. I deal with new menu items (food) and also work with several up scale restaurants around the US and so far have always had extremely enjoyable experiences with everyone I deal with... until now. After abruptly telling me nothing, she said call back between 8 & 10 and slammed the phone down. Dont think I want to do any biz with these....... you can guess the rest of that sentence. Sorry.

for past three yrs having great times, food and drinks, all came to end last evening, I typically enjoy a nice meal and three scotch/rocks accompanied with my meal,...however, last evening, before completing my first drink, I became the subject of my servers wrath, ( who...incidently,..I had never seen before ) and promptly was eighty-sixed by this young lady, well..quite frankly I was appalled by her lack of respect and unprofessional appearance.

Neighborhood bar that delivers what you need when you dont want something fancy. Im not sure why people are complaining about prices because I cant think of any place in the neighborhood you could get a cheaper burger. It is a la carte, but its still cheap. Despite being cheap, though, its simple delicious and simple. Staff is friendly and relaxed and the beer selection caters to every taste/price. Its a local bar where everyone is welcome.

I cant believe this moron took his mother to this place, and then complained. This is not a place to take your mother for a nice lunch! Its a lovely local w/ a solid staff, stiff drinks, more than passable pub grub, and its a basic NW institution. The regulars can get to be a bit much around happy hour, but hey, its the last outpost of civilization before the Yukon.

Ordered the chicken club sandwich to go and it gave me some of the worst food poisoning of my life. To add insult to injury the sandwich was overpriced for the quality of ingredients generally. You can get much better quality food for the same price elsewhere nearby, and you wont wake up at 2am puking or rushing to the bathroom the day after.

I had high hopes for this places, but it did not come through. Ive had some good experiences at places like this before, but not today. The food was not good...lets just say it hit me on the way home. Also way over priced for the quality. I wont go back and I should have just gone with my orginal plan to go to the Pearl.

A local N.W. hang out for those that live in the neighborhood. The beers and drink are at a reasonable price, comparing to the surrounding bars and eateries. If you just need a simple beverage without the attitude and pricey tab... this is your place. Typical bar foods, but well prepare!

Came highly recommended. The burger was good, not great. Patties werent hand made, but they were large and well cooked. Tots were forgettable. Bartender was mixing very strong drinks. Not super comfortable to watch a game, but fine if youre with friends. They have Golden Tee.

Could be better if the staff would acknowledge u. I wish I was a local or a regular but u cant be everywhere at once. Just try saying hi to customers when they come in, makes a world of a difference. Got to say the best Sliders and Onion rings in town though!

Not amazing service or food when I have been here. The food is overpriced, but if you just use it as a bar, and maybe get the special of the day, you should be fine. Dont try and go here before you need to be somewhere. You will probably be late.

average run of the mill, kind dive but without the personality. It sort of feels like it than... it just doesnt. I keep giving it tries and it always feels like a half empty experience on leaving. Not certain why... just it.

Typical sports bar. The food is pretty decent, and its not expensive. The drink menu is about what you would expect, but also reasonable. The staff is prompt and friendly. Surprisingly, the coffee is not half bad.

Love this place, great staff and great burgers. The waitress asks if you need a refill at exactly the right time. The fake wood wall planks are actually kind of endearing in a boston sports bar kind of way.
