I went to this burger king with my mother and the whole experience was just a bad time. We come up to the drive thru speaker and the manager who was working it told us she would take our order in a second. After waiting, she was very short with us and even interrupted us when asking a question about a deal. Once at the window, an employee was on her phone showing the manager pictures. And the manager was stopping to grab the employees phone to look at some pictures of this guy. Picking up someone elses phone AND handling my food?? I was pretty irritated already so i told her to put her phone away. I worked at Taco Bell for a while and we werent even allowed to have our phones on us while we were working. Both employee and manager gave us dirty looks. We finally recieve our order from the manager, she had forgotten the soda we had ordered. She got that for us, and being polite my mother said Thank you. All the manager said was yep and walked away. Ontop of it our food was very thrown together and poorly made. Very rude morning shift. Ill only be going there for night shift, at least theyre nice.

Usually a decent place to grab a quick bite, this time with two disabled elderly ladies (one is 92) we stood at the counter and NEVER got served. Employees looked up several times and still took drive through and phone orders while we waited at the counter. Finally we gave up, I got the 92 year old lady back from the table where she had been waiting all this time and we left without ever getting our order even taken. Wow, worst service we have ever experienced at burger king newberg.

It was my first time eating inside this burger King and I walk in to see a Short-haired Male worker off the clock( or just there on his day off ) in the way leaning all over the register area and sitting on the counter where people pick up their food. He was talking too and distracting the other (female) worker from tending to customers and starring people down. It really irritated me and Ill probably never go back. Management shouldnt have allowed him to be there in the way.

I like Burger King food. However the service is so bad at this branch that I cant do it, and Im patient, I get it that the bar is set incredibly low for fast food service nowadays. The last time I tried the drive through I had to give up and just back out after sitting there for 15 min, behind 2 cars, seriously thats all that was ahead of me.

I keep wanting to think positive of this place. But it continues to lack in ANY customer service. I go through on some mornings and the service plain SUCKS. My son whom will only eat fries from BK is the reason I go. & yet, when I ask for some they give off a HUGE attitude about having to make fresh fries on the morning. Ugghh.!

Took so long in their drive thru I wanted to leave before I got food. 3 people ahead of me, literally over 15 minutes. No apologies, just a pissed off looking worker at the window... I say just dont go here and eventually it will get replaced, hopefully by a business that wants to... Stay a business

The only reason I come here is because it is close to my work. Every time I do, I get incredibly slow service. Seems like this location is extremely understaffed. Food is on par with other Burger Kings. Just be prepared to wait for it, weather you go inside or drive through.

Food is alright. Service is horrible. Dont change anything they almost always get it wrong, then if you try to return it they argue with you. really an awful place. Sick people working the drive in last time i was in. And never go if you are in a hurry, often make you wait.

11 years coming to this location. The franchise owners, managers, and the crew of green employees every 4 days obviously dont care. Dismal place, attitude, and food. We only choose BK when in a hurry - it has the emptiest lot in town day or nighy... no wait!
