Worst experience ever. Staffing was a joke at 9 they had 2 meek incompetent girls that took 15 minutes to make a sundae together that wasnt even half full while ignoring other guests. Had no product one sprinkled dipped waffle cone left out of the what 6 products other than a cup that you can enjoy your ice cream in? After being ignored and served last behind other guests that walked in after us we got one scoop of ice cream served to us to then be ignored before we could place our second order then when the guest mentioned "theyve been waiting longer help them" the young teenager told her it was fine that were still deciding.(most definitely knew what we wanted within the 25 minutes of waiting to be served we made our decision) decided to not get our second order just wanted to pay for my single scoop couldnt even do that by the time I was ready to leave my ice cream was melted use to love going to Dairy Queen until the staff became children and the service became subpar.

Ive been happily coming to this location for years, and have always had good service, until today. My daughter and I were completely ignored while the staff served the rest of our group and costumers that came in long after us. The employee serving my group knowing we were next looked directly at us and proceeded to serve other people. We walked out very upset without icecream and will never be coming back. As a former service industry employee, I try to cut servers some slack. But this was ablostely ridiculous!

I came in today with my little brother to get some ice cream. Needless to say we received excellent service by two cute girls (Michelle and Nina I think). They were very nice and fun and I will definitely be coming back

Coconut Crunch on the bottom; World Class Chocolate on top; cup is my favorite while savoring the digs. Bring a friend, someone you really like to be with, set there and enjoy a brain freeze or two.
