I have only been here 2 times, and this is probably my last. The first time I purchased a $37.00 cake that I called and asked questions about prior to my visit. I spoke with a woman names Ann, she was very short and rude on the phone. I decided to just drop by and she was the same in person. Today, I went in and asked the 2 employees, Shawna and Ann about the "signature bowls" and Ann just ignored me, Shauna just pointed to the board and was giving me the prices. I was not informed at all about what I was specifically asking for and instead was sold the wrong $10.00 bowl of ice cream for my son. When I got home, he said that it wasnt the "signature" one that was online but was just regular ice cream. I then called and Shawna said you never asked about the signature one, and thats a bunch of crap because that is what I did specifically ask for ---she then said that if I came back in right then, they would fix it for an additional charge, she then hung up on me while I was still talking. I went in and she did fix it, and Ann just stood there with her arms folded glaring at me. This woman has major issues and should not be working anywhere that there is any customer service involved. They have a friendly employee statement that neither of those 2 knew how to act like hanging on the wall. For a $10.00 ice cream waffle bowl, you should at least get some customer service.

I have been going to this Cold Stone for two years and have gone to Cold Stones in over 20 locations. Staff here are very helpful and clear about what they can and cant do. They are not super friendly although they are definitely not rude. They are very on the ball about getting the job done right and thats what is important to me as a customer. Dining area could be a little cleaner as drops of ice cream and bits of cone is sometimes sprinkled around the tables and floors. The bathroom could use some moderate construction work. I recall the door doesnt lock properly and I think there was something wrong with the toilet. On to the most important part, the ice cream. Im a little bit of an ice cream connoisseur. Ive tried the ice cream and shakes at a lot of the local establishments (Salt and Straw, Baskin Robins, Dairy Queen, Sheridans, Cloud City, Dairy Hill, Flash Freeze, Yolicious, Ice Cream Renaissance, Name Your Cone, Burgerville, Wendys, Red Robin, Five Guys, Burger Bungalow). When it comes to the taste of the ice cream, for me Cold Stone is my favorite. I occasionally have a tasting experience that rivals Cold Stone but repeat visits to those establishments dont always yield the same positive results. Cold Stone tends to taste great every single time. Hats off to you.

For those that dont know it is illegal to ask customer that use a Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit Card to make a purchase, if the card is properly signed, the signature comparison is the verification that you have the right owner. If it is a companys policy to ask for ID a sign indicating so needs to be present. this establishment asks for ID and does not have sign that states that. When i asked the clerks about this illegal practice i was talked very rudely by the two employees in this store. I did ask for the owners contact information and was told to contact them via web site, which is unacceptable in my opinion. As you can read for other comments, they really dont care about the customer. Save your money and go to Sheridans Frozen Custard down the street.

Had a cake made for my daughters birthday. Basic signature cake with "happy birthday" written on it. Simple right? Only request was the color of the writing to be in blue. Picked up the cake and found it to be in mint green. Not a big deal overall. When asked why the color was different from what was ordered, the lady was rude and insisted it was ordered in green. No offer to look at the order or any attempt to make their simple mistake right. Employee said, "well, thats what you get." Working in customer service, the idea that every customer is important no matter what their business may be is apparently not important at this establishment. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be ordering any cake through this location ever again.

Very unattentive help behind the counter. Very Rude and short not helpful act like they didnt want to be there. It was like we were putting them out. Very expensive and got charged for the wrong item. Looks like the manager better be looking at his help because all the reviews are not good. We wont be going there anymore. The custard place on Mill Plain is really the great place to go. At least they are not rude to the public. This was in the evening so the two girls working behind the counter are the problem. We are done with Cold Stone VERY EXPENSIVE for what you really get as far as toppings and ice cream.

Went in there for the 1st time and customer service was rude and after me and My Fiancé ordered our 2 cones and asked for a container of ice cream to go they refused to sell it to us saying by law they could only sell 2 scoops per customer and if you have a cone then NO TO GO Containers can be sold to the same party. I Have Never Heard of this and everyone Ive asked tells me that their is no law that it sounds like Lazy employees. I have to Agree. Rude Employees and Bad Customer Service. We will Never return to this place

Both of the workers were incredibly rude, & clearly didnt want to be there, didnt even try to fake it. Neither of them greeted anyone or said anything at all. I said hey and the girl behind the counter just stared at me with a blank stare. I tried to order my ice cream and the girl mixing the ice cream interrupted me mid sentence, and says "What size!?" The cashier was rude as well, I said thank you they didnt even say anything back. Neither of them smiled at all, customer service doesnt exist at this location.

My son and I were in Monday around 1. He ordered a a penutbutter cup icecream and I got a coffee with nuts. The two girls behind the counter, i believe they said their names were Shawna and Jill, were extremly friendly and helpful. They joked with us the whole time and made the experience well worth it. Although the ice cream was a bit expensive, I would go back due to excellent costumer service. TF

Told that the establishment does not take the company punch cards. They all mumbled how weird the owner was between each of them privately. I asked for the owners email information so I could enquire about the policy. Was told by the girl (Shelly.?)that they could not give any information about the owner, it is their policy. She yelled at me when I continued and I told her please dont yell at me.

Id really like to give 4 stars, but once you discover the ingredients, and consider with the very high prices, you ask yourself why you went there. Most likely for lack of options or creativity. Definitely not for the healthy minded, but great for those who ignore their health and like to blow money. Not the brightest staff, but friendly.
