Wish I could give ZERO stars. Dolt working alone last Tuesday (9/17/13) ARGUED with me for like five minutes about whether it was Wednesday or not when I inquired as to the status of the Tuesday BOGO offer!!! THEN declined to give us the deal because we were fifteen minutes too early. AWESOME SERVICE! Well be back - NEVER. EVER. One entire family lost FOREVER because we cant screen the idiot end of the gene pool out of the employment roster. Life is FAR too short to deal with morons of this epic scale or the bozos who so willingly employ them!

Went on the 31st at 6:00p.m. the special was not honored and we were over charged on the ice cream. we ordered 2 scoop sundaes and received 1 scoop kids size but was charged $9.48 fpr regular sccop ice cream when we should of been charged $2.62 each. The manager refused to give us her name and give us a receipt. She admitted to what she had done and did not want us contacting the owners. We have anyway. BUYER BEWARE GOING TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got ripped off when I ordered a milkshake. Turned out that even though the clerk put it on the scale to weigh it before blending, he had way more milk in the blender cup and not enough ice cream. My milk shake turned out to be mostly milk and not anywhere near thick - like a milkshake is supposed to be. He saved a few pennies of expensive ice cream but lost a customer. I will not be returning to that location again.

Ice cream was good as expected, but the store was pretty filthy. I understand that its a place that probably attracts lots of kids and things get spilled, but when the sole of your shoe starts to come off because the ground is covered in a thick layer of melted sugar and grime, its just disgusting. Makes me wonder what it looks like behind the counter if thats what they are presenting to the customer.

Baskin Robbins on hwy 99 is good except a worker was on her phone while my boyfriend stood at the counter for a few minutes trying to get her attention and she completely ignored him until my boyfriend said "excuse me" loudly.

Amazing staff. They work fast and effecently during rush. Positive environment, the ice cream is well priced one of the cheapest among all of the Baskin-Robbins in the area.
