This is our go to sandwich places. The bread is fresh (wheat or white), the fillings are flavorful, every sandwich has great "crunch" from the carrots and other fresh veggies, the size is just right and the price is much less than the value. Order at the counter, wait a minute or two for your food. Eat in at one of several small tables, or get your sandwich to go and walk 2 blocks to the Corvallis Waterfront Park. There are also some non-sandwich options, but the sandwiches are soooo good...

Very good food and very nice people! Its a business that makes you happy to support. Their Curry and Lemongrass beef sandwiches are addicting, and they give you a choice of white or wheat bread. They close at 8 every night but the other night I called at 8:15 to give it a shot and they not only answered the phone but were happy to still take a to go order. Cant say anything bad about them, overall a great place. It is definitely a hidden treasure!

This place has fresh sandwiches on great bread for four dollars. With that kind of price, even a student can afford to tip a buck for the great food. Sandys are made to order, and I reccomend the shu mai- a type of meatball sandwich. If you are only stopping through town for one meal, this is a good place! Pickled carrots and cilantro- what flavors in this sandwich! If you like asian food, this one cant be beat for a quick meal.

Absolutely delicious bahn mi. A bit more expensive that what you can find in Portland, but the proportions (especially the meat) are defiantly more generous and absolutely justify the price. The staff have always been nothing but friendly, making the whole experience even better. They also frequently cater meals at our school and I have heard that they are easy to work with for larger orders as well.

Delicious sandwiches and soup for a good price! The bread is fresh and tasty. My husband loves the daring sandwich and pork bao, and I get vegetarian soup and a baguette. I ask for no cilantro and they make sure to not add it. We go so much that they know our order. Very sad to be leaving Corvallis because we are definitely going to miss Baguette!

I always go here to get the same vegetarian curry tofu sandwich. Its so good. I cant really speak for the other sandwiches because I didnt really enjoy some of the other vegetarian sandwichs and I dont eat meat so I havent tried the meat sandwichs but just based off of the curry tofu this place gets 4 stars

Love this place. Food is excellent, prices are good, and the owners are always super nice. They treat each of their customers like theyre special, and are often the ones working the main counter. I definitely recommend this place. Try the lemongrass beef!
