Today a few of my coworkers and I tried to call in an order. First thing the guy tells us is in a very nasty tone is that he knows we are a business and for us it will be 1 hour and 45 minute wait before we can pick up our food. So we decided to go eat lunch there. When we get there yes they are busy but we patiently waited and since it took 35 minutes we had to get it to go. I ordered a 6 inch chicken teriyaki with no bread and no mushrooms. I received a plastic tray with 7 pieces of chicken and about 4 or 5 onions. When I tried to call them to let them know how upsetting this way the phone rang and rang for 3 minutes and then I tried again to get a message stating your call cannot be completed as dialed. Is this really how you run a business??????

This seems to be an ongoing issue for this location. I order from here often and never have an issue with the food. However ordering from this place can be a nightmare multiple times this has happened to me you get placed on hold and forgotten about but they leave the phone off the hook and the usual conversation I hear is horseplay or someone flirting. So this will go on for roughly ten minutes or so. Then you hang up the phone call back hoping it will get their attention but then you realize they had you on hold with the phone off the hook and their still completely unaware that you were on the phone so it doesnt go through. Just be warned this happens often.

Terrible wait times at the drive through window for call ahead order. Employee looked at me with disdain as he got his drink from the soda fountain and walked away . Total time before someone opened the window was 7 minutes. There was no apology or greeting when the window was opened, just a look from the employee who decided to finally open the window that let me know she was really unhappy to see me in her drive through in the middle of a weekend afternoon. 15 minutes of waiting at the window left me incensed and I will never return to this horrible mess of a business. Which is a shame, because I used to like Penn Station.

When calling in an order, telephone rang so long thought they may have closed (5:45 Saturday) . Right as I was going to hang up, person answered and took my order. When picking order up, went to drive thru window. Car in front at window so long, I went in...waited in line only to be told they did not have my order ! Will no longer go back, as the phone not being answered promptly has been an issue and my time is precious! This location needs to get it together!

Never will come back to this location again waited 35 min inside dine in was not to busy food came out all out of order then we noticed a pubic hair on one of the subs took it up and they never said sorry or anything then took another 20 min for a 6 inch to get recorded when there was nothing else cooking. When I poked at the new one it was fried to a crisp

I ordered a 6" chicken Philly and got 4"... ordered 8" Philly steak and got 6" ... ordered a large fry and I got 3/4 of a large fry.. really??? WILL NOT BE BACK!!! What a joke... I will stick with liberty Rt 4 Penn Station. At these they give you what you pay for.

Everyone working there was so nice I was greeted when I walked in didnt have to wait long at all they had my order correct!!! The food was excellent!!!! Everyone who was working this morning worked so well with each other!!!!!! I WILL BE COMMING BACK

I drove in today from Alabama , have not been to PS for 14 Yrs , this was the first restaurant I wanted to eat at in OHIO ... it was so worth it ... need one in South Eastern Alabama !! #725milesworththedrive!

Sub are good, and my favorites currently is the chicken artichoke. Subs take about 15 to 20 minutes to make, and are a bit more expensive than most sub places running $12 to $17 for a meal.

A truly great sub. This place is hidden off the main road, maybe thats why it wasnt as crowded as most Penn Stations tend to be. The free cookie was very good!
