Very disappointed , we ordered food from there instead of driving to Barberton. I live about 25 minutes away and wanted to call in an order I was put on hold so they can answer a phone call while I was in the middle of talking and was left in hold for over 6 minutes. I proceeded to call back and when I was asking about the smallest chicken dinner box they had the guy told me he was too busy that if I wanted to check out what they had to go online and hung up on me. Busy or not paying customers keeps you in business I will never call in an order again after being talked to that way, I am pretty sure that you werent making chicken as you were taking my phone call my suggestion is you learn how to multitask and freshen up on your customer service skills!

Visited Uniontown from Cleveland...chose this restaurant because of the reviews. I purchased a 3 piece dinner with fries, green beans and coleslaw. The service was awesome. Fries were great but the chicken left a lot to be desired. Not what I expected Maybe its a city thing. But I actually would prefer the chicken from Popeyes...

Quick service, carry-out only. you dont have to go to Barberton for authentic Barberton chicken anymore - just hit Whitehouse in Green. Known for the chicken, always order with the standard fries, slaw, and hot sauce - thats the only way to get the true Barberton experience.

This chicken is the best fried chicken in Ohio. Great service always fresh and hot off the grease. The fries are also noteworthy. You wont be disappointed.
