This is a place I have never had a bad experience at all. The bartenders have always been the best, I only make it in every now and again, but they all remember what I drink. Not to show favorites, but Kay is amazing, my patronage has gone way up from monthly to weekly (if not 2-3 times a week) due to her alone!! She is Alalways working hard, it really shows she enjoys her job and her patrons. As an FYI she works during the days and during the lunch rush, charming and it shows she really cares. I think she is a reason I see so many familiar faces every day. Seriously, come in the same time any day, like clock work you see so many smiling faces. Kind of reminds me of cheers, everyone seems to know everyone, even if just in passing. The food is always spot on and amazing, and it is refreshing always seeing the owner around. This place cares about service and quality. The atmosphere is perfect. Yes, I can say of all of the places around, this is my favorite.

I love this place. From breakfast to dinner their food selection and quality are some of the best in the area. Delicious! The staff is very friendly. Rivals has an excellent micro brew draft beer selection which is extensive. And two bars to enjoy, the smaller one is in my photo. Atmosphere is that of a neighborhood upscale sports bar and Grill. HD with Televisions viewable from every angle. Occupy your time with free Wi fi, and Keno. Enjoy a date by their nice fireplace in their dining room. I forgot to mention the outstanding patio outdoors and bar too. Awesome place.

No longer "Rivals"! They now are a hometown only bar. If you are interested in rooting for anyone other than the hometown teams, go elsewhere. The owners (Nick and John) are Steelers fans, ask anyone that knows them. They came up with the name Rivals because they wanted the Steelers fans to go there. Now they switched and are a Browns Backers bar catering to only hometown teams. Thats good if you are rooting for your hometown, I have no problem with that. But change the name and dont mislead the patrons.

Changing my review from 5 to 2 starts because the last two times I was here the brunette bartender was more interested in talking to her friend at the bar than taking care of patrons. Very disappointed Update: tried coming back thinking it could only get better; happened again. Same baryender more interested in her friends, actually sat down at their table, with 4 parties at the bar and didnt check on anyone for 20+ minutes.

Biggest place around to watch sports. TVs in every corner. They have an awesome patio with a bar yo eat and watch games too. If theres a game on, usually get there early to get a spot. I had their burger special on Wednesday and it was deliciousssssssss! Every member of the staff I came in contact with was super friendly. The customer base is a mix, some classy people some grungy people. Everybody fits in.

Parma Class of 1972 held our Reunion at RIvals on July 15, 2017. We could not have had a finer experience, and largely due to their banquet manager, Sarah and staff who were terrific and professional throughout! The wait staff was attentive, the food was great, and our reunion was a success because of them! Indoor room, attached outdoor patio, you can not miss booking your event with Rivals.

Selected to have a private party at Rivals. The staff and management went above and beyond! They were FANTASTIC! They extremely kind, caring, accommodating and fun! The food is amazing and they have an excellent craft beer list. The event couldnt of gone any better. It was perfect and memorable. Thank you to the owners, staff and management!

Ive had their food and it was pretty good. This visit I just had drinks....I dont know why but we had what it seemed like 3 different servers.... no one ever cleaned our beer bottles off the table....Im a server so its a pet peeve of mine. Other than that it was fine, they have a huge selection of craft bottles and the patio was nice.

I cant say enough good things about Rivals. Their food is delicious and fairly priced, not to mention a well-rounded draft beer selection with crafts of every style. Friendly staff always happy to see you and an award winning outdoor section with its own bar and full service will keep this place my favorite bistro on the west side.

Awful. Waited awhile just to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Ordered a sandwich called "da sauced" that arrived dry, no sauce. My side dish of fries left a lot to be desired. Six fries does not equal a side. And can we quit just giving the male the beer menu? At least the bartender seemed friendly.

Awsome place! Happy hour starts at 8am and goes till 7pm Monday through Friday! They have a Chef who not only created the menu, he has a special menu running Monday through Saturday! 30 beers on draft.. over 100 beers overall! Craft beer and craft food... winner! I love this place!

Ordered a drink from the menu with vodka instead of gin and was charged $3 more, WTF?? Complained to MANAGER and was told thats the way it is. WTF?? The waitress Holly lost out plus we wont be back. Burger and fries under cooked also. Sorry Nick.

Good beer selection including micro brews at $3.75 a pint. Nice people, a lot nicer place inside than the previous instant replay. Numerous high def TVs and in the dining area, they give an audio box so kids can hear sponge bob.

If I lived closer would probably try to order everything on the menu as it all seemed to be something I would eat. Had the Reuben and tasted the the prime rib and gyro all winners. A must stop near the airport and I.X. center

Food here is always great! They have daily food and drink specials which is nice. They have a great patio with outdoor bar and plenty of seating. Id definitely recommend and I will definitely go back again myself.

Got advertisements in the mail about this place since I recently moved, so I placed a to-go order. Of course my order of nachos turned out to be mozzarella sticks? What a joke. I will never go back

Food is pretty good here! Only tried the club and inferno burger so far. Sweet potato fries werent my favorite, a little salty, but the burger more than made up for it. Will definitely be back!

Portion sizes were small... food was just ok...The only sports bar I know that doesnt have an emblem outside of our World Champion Cavaliers oh but they have a Nascar emblem..What ?
