Same Starbucks coffee, but horrible customer service. I did a mobile order and was sitting at the counter they whole time waiting for my order. They never took the order slip out of the printer, so I didnt know if my order was ready or what was going on. The baristas ignored me several times as I tried to verbally inquire about my order. Once I had someones attention, I ask if they took mobile orders, cause they didnt take the slip out of the printer. I honestly tried to be understanding , but all I got was 2 coffees and huge pile of attitude. I know its the Holidays, but there is no need to be snotty. AVOID this starbucks. I love my Starbucks near work at Chagrin and Green, MUCH busier location, and the employee are SOOO much nicer and accommodating.

I recently went into Starbucks after running the Perfect Ten Miler. After seeing the store at the 730 am starting line, I had it in my head the whole time running! The store was busy so there was a little bit of a wait until I could place my order. The folks behind the counter were not super nice, but not rude either. My drink was good, but not exceptional as it sometimes is. For that I give this location 3 stars. It is also a good place to stop if meeting friends or a date to walk around Legacy Village.

the girl did not make a white chocolate mocha, she just added milk to a regular mocha. it had no white choclate flavor at all. i got this at various other locations and it tasted just like white chocolate every where else

Its a Starbucks...not much more to say. Small seating area but its in an outdoor mall, so mostly grab-and-go traffic and no drivr-thru.

Poor service. I go to Starbucks on Chagrin everyday to get the same thing everytime that Starbucks is by far a way better experience
