Great coffee... never had a bad experience at any starbucks until today. I tried to get the ladys attention to tell her no whip cream and she ignored me entirely. I thought maybe she couldnt hear me so I went to the counter and asked the guy to tell her. As he did, she said she heard me and didnt care. I was so surprised. Part of the reason I pay 5$ a coffee is because these people are always nice and respectful. Not that girl. She needs to apply at McDonalds or something, not starbucks.

Make sure you have at 20 minutes to spare if you go to this one. Ive never had slower service at a Starbucks. Its consistently and unexplainably slow. There will be maybe 2 cars in front of me and Im still there for at least 15 minutes. I order the same couple of drinks and they never taste the same. By far the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. IVE quit going even though this location is on my way to work. Not worth the frustration especially with how much their coffee already costs.

How about if your machines are broken you post a sign about it? Thank goodness I didnt decide to wait in the long drive thru line! Instead I waited in the semi-long line in the store. Please dont waste time of patrons and posts whats wrong with items. Its 8:30 in the morning and possibly one of your busiest times. Dont want to wait to order something you cant make and it could have been avoided or I could just go down the street to somewhere else.

First & foremost, the staff is always friendly. Secondarily, I purchase the same drink at all Starbucks-locations & often have a difficult time getting a consistent price -- this location always makes it easy. And thirdly, Ive had three different Starbucks-fans pay for my drinks via the drive-thru window. Simply amazing. I appreciate this location, their staff & their generous clientele. Great work.

HORRIBLE customer service. Waited in line for 7 minutes before walking out the door. Thought they were just busy but 3 people on bar with three working on heating up pastries? Only one customer in front and drive thru wasnt wrapped. Nobody acknowledged me but few on bar made eye contact.

Pretty much the best Starbucks in the area. Never too crowded and always polite workers. Theyve never got an order wrong and are helpful. The manager even gave my girlfriend a free drink when he found out it was her graduation day.

They have managed to burn the coffee literally every time I have bought from this location. Speaking of which, the actual drive through and parking lot are difficult to get in and out of.

Its Starbucks, so you know the coffee. Service here is hit or miss. Lines are usually short, however when later in the day/night they seem to slow down and actually take longer.
