One thing I like about First Watch is that they have seasonal menus. The last season had shrimp and grits on the menu which I really enjoy from here. This morning their seasonal menu had changed so I tried the crab and asparagus omelet for the first time and I enjoyed it. It comes with their lightly dressed greens and wheat toast, I substituted the greens for fruit and the toast for an English muffin. They were more than happy to accommodate my requests and there was no upcharge. They also have fresh juices, the seasonal menu had a juice called strawberry smash (strawberries, lemon and basil). The drink was absolutely delightful. I always order my juices from their without ice, so it comes in a smaller cup but it doesnt get watered down before I make it home. They have no issue with this request, I only mention this because I ordered a juice at another First Watch (Hyde Park) and the man seemed to have a huge issue with my request for no ice, I had to let him know that the Northgate location is always able to do it without a discussion about it. Ive learnt my lesson and only go to Northgate now, since my food is always prepared as I like, packaged for pickup in the specified time they give and their employees are very friendly here. I havent ever dined in at this location, it is always a to go order on a lazy Sunday.

Ive been to many different locations throughout the city and this is by far the worst one. The service is extremely slow, it took a long time to get our food, and the food was not up to a first watch standard. The soup was watery and they gave the least amount of food possible. It was right before closing so the restaurant wasnt even busy and there were at least 10 servers working. we only had someone check on us 3 times and we had to ask for refills. Horrible! Go to Harrison Green First Watch instead, theyre wonderful.

Let me start by saying my family has been loyal first watch customers for years. We were very excited about one opening up in Northgate by where we lived. After two visits to this establishment we have decided to continue driving out to Tricounty for a restaurant that can actually provide decent service in a timely manner.

I love this place. I dont usually write reviews. The quality and freshness of the food and the atmosphere ... Its amazing. I used to go to the one in Rookwood and do not remember it being this good. Totally impressed. My new favorite restaurant.

I really enjoy any First Watch. The food was great and the wait staff was wonderful. They had a guy busing tables who was like a ninja. You finish something on a plate and look away and when you look back, the plate was gone.

Birthday brunch with my lovely wife. Havent been to a first watch in years. Heirloom tomatoes and burrata, excellent! Five year son got a pancake twice the size of his head, and his head is big. Loved it.

It was okay poached eggs were hard boiled and by the time I got my replacement eggs everything was cold it was also expensive so I doubt Ill ever go back
