My first experience at Shake Shack was horrid. The place was dirty and pack with people (good for them). We were party of 7 including 3 kids. The manager was a young stupid kid that more like a robot than human. My daughter order a mango lemonade but changes her mind. I asked to change to regular or give her a milk shake so I can pay for the different but Dan ( a manager refuse) my daughter changes her mind and just drink fountain water with her hot dog. That was my daughter first impression with fastfood. Her first time ever at any fast food join. It will be the last for us. Will never ever come back again. My 8 yrs daughter decided to throw her food away after a few bite.

The food was good of course just the service. I walked up to the counter to order and one of the cashiers walked away as soon as I walked up to her register. The other young lady took my order professionally with a smile. As I enjoyed my meal I could not stop from noticing how one employee and one manager walked around to each table and asked " Was everything okay" , picked up customer trays, and gave out samples to each table. Dont know if it was a racist thing but that makes me not want to visit all locations if they only assist those who are from a certain race.

While you generally know what to expect when you walk into a Shake Shack, this particular one went above and beyond the normal expectations! A few minutes after placing our order we realized that we had ordered the wrong thing and went back to the cashier to see if they could substitute it for what we actually wanted. Not only were they understanding, they took care of it, no questions asked, and let us keep the original burger we had originally ordered. While the seating may be a bit difficult to get, the high quality service more then makes up for it

Wir haben fast alle Shake Shacks in Manhatten mit langer Schlange vor dem Tresen gefunden und uns gewundert, warum so viele Leute da essen wollen. Dann hiess es an der 3ten Ave. müsse man nicht so lange anstehen. Also auf und hin und....... ES LOHNT SICH ZU WARTEN.

Came here with my boss during our lunch break because Ive been hearing so much about their Chickn Shack sandwich I needed to try it. Its topped with lettuce, pickles; and a buttermilk herb mayo. It was pretty good sized. Maybe I thought it couldve been a little bigger, but I of course just can eat a lot. I dont know if its a fair comparison, but all we were comparing it to was Chick-fil-a. In our eyes this sandwich at Shack shake was super solid but we did prefer Chick-fil-as a little bit more. IMO, you cant go wrong with either sandwich.

Definitely an over-hyped burger chain. Good food at a fairly quick pace, overpriced. Fries should be a staple item at a burger joint but they are lackluster with cheese of the Velveeta lineage or something when you get cheese fries. They really are sub par. Again, decent enough spot for burgers, fries, and shakes but nowhere near worth waiting in the long ass lines you generally find. Five guys destroys this place hands down. Danny Meyer should stick to upscale dining and stop with the money grab fast food biz if its gonna be mediocre.

A must-go delightful oasis in the middle of Lexington KY.....you will want to go for the outstanding and original healthy dishes at the outdoor cafe but you will stay and go back to drink local brews and wine in the beautiful seating areas amongst foliage and rock formations. Visit the beautiful greenhouses and flower shop.....one stop to feed the soul and delight your senses. A great place to bring the kids where they have full use of some great Tonka trucks in the dirt play area.

Have a hankering for greasy burgers? This is your place. I didnt like how the me u was to the right of the registers, out of view from while youre on line. The entire area over the registers is empty with plenty of real estate, why not put there? As a first timer, I didnt know what I really wanted when it was my turn to order and felt rude to look through the menu with people waiting so I just ordered the first thing I saw.

Many official and not so official places need to learn from shack ms hack customers service. Before I even tasted their burgers, I noticed a customer who come to complain. I could tell that the customer is a little off, and might have a mental issue, but the staff was very helpful, and helped here get the burger the way she wanted. It was nice to see that beside good hamburgers, they have good service.

I was apprehensive about trying Shake Shack when I realized Id have to wait in line for quite some time. However, it was worth the wait! The burgers are juicy and full of flavor! I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and wasnt disappointed! It was rich and thick. You do have to pay extra for whipped cream though. It wasnt super expensive, yet still seemed a bit pricey for the amount of food you get.

Great burgers that are usually worth the money. (This isnt real fast food: Its pricey and you might have to wait.) They serve beer. Much nicer than the Shake Shack experience in Grand Central. Honestly the burgers are of a certain kind - that is, I imagine not everyone would love the simple patties and the cotton-y buns despite the fact that Grub Street calls these the best in New York.

Waitress with tattoos was terrible, she kicked us out ( gave us the check an hour before they close saying we are closed ) had to shove the pancakes down my throat and then she didnt come to get the money so I had to pay up front. Now I have a stomach ache. Dont come here false advertisement they SAY they close at 11 but they really close at 10.

This is junk food. But oh my god it is good!! This is comfort food at its best. The chicken burger is amazing here. Everything is very good quality ingredients topped with a lot of calories. But hey, you have to treat yourself from time to time with a good burger and fries, and it does not get any better than this for these low prices.

The lines here are always quick (esp compared to other locations), the shakes are the best part. If you like spicy food ask for the cherry peppers. If youre new, you can ask for a sample or two for the shake flavors, I recommend the caramel. Also the fries are dope! And the staff are also nice and helpful.
