Buon servizio ma da italiano non posso che odiare la salsa ( ragù con macinato) che usano generalmente in america, ma non per una questione di orgoglio ma proprio di sapore, non siamo riusciti a farcela piacere, per il resto è discreto

I went there for a double stack dollar tacos and each tacos cost 3.69 cents per taco. I went to the Taco Bell on 14th street and the price were 1 dollar. I asked the store manager was that the wrong price he said no this franchise doesnt charge one dollar for the one dollar Taco Bell double stacks. I even showed them the online ad and prices they refused to charge me one dollar for the one dollar promotional double stacks. Do not go here their prices are way too high.

People working here seemed soo unhappy. Had never been in a taco Bell before (lucky me!) and needed to look at the menu to know what to order. The lady on the counter did not show any interest to help, and when I asked some questions she replied in the most vague way possible, not clarifying what I asked. Attempted 3 times to get my doubt solved, decided to order a different thing.

Terrible service here almost every time I come here. It seems like the workers really dont care about anything. It takes a few minutes to come take an order AFTER they have acknowledged me. The only reason why I come back is because its the only Taco Bell close to work. Its constantly busy, which is fine, but they dont do the best job of keeping it clean either.

Good place and decent food (which is high praise for taco bell) but they see heavy foot traffic at all hours of the day because of the location being near several resturants and bars and entertainment so they need more staff but not sure that could even help. They worked well with what they have though.
