They have different kinds of fancy and powerful coffies here. You get what you pay, which is dear. One cup of cold brew and i am sailing. Avoid putting sugar or milk into the cold brew, just get to know and appreciate the flavor. In time they would call you connoisseur in France, or kenner in Germany. In English we dont have an equivalent word ( "hipster" is not complimentary). Just call yourself a knower. Maybe it will catch on, like nitro coffee has caught on. (Why do I hate to say it but the nitro coffee is good too).

Quality food and drink. Swedish sensibility in interior design. Strategically placed outlets. 1 hr free wifi. Communal, bar, and two-seat table seating. Really love the atmosphere here. Good tunes playing. Friendly prompt service. And the coffee and matcha is really good!

Very cute spot for serious coffee. Unlike many others these guys are not roasters, instead they serve the best roasters around. They change the coffee they are serving once every day or so. Plus they also have dandelion chocolates from San Francisco, love them.

Excellent coffee. Great place to get work done if youre trying to avoid the distraction of the internet (they dont seem to have free wi-fi, which I preferred in this instance). Baristas are attitude-free and very friendly. Shop is immaculately clean.

Awesome mocha. Food selection fairly small, but tasty. Internet only works for one hour per day per computer, which is a bummer (in my case, since I work from coffee shops often, this is a deal breaker). Worth a try.

Pennylane coffee is a worldly coffee experience, appropriately located near the UN. Serves stump town beans in a clean, modern and chic environment. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood!
