I wish I could give zero stars ! Horrible service . So I decided to visit this place after seeing an ad on Instagram ! Once we walked in , we werent greeted , nothing . So we walked straight to the bar and sat down . The extremely rude bartender , Rosonna , looked at us and walked away . after sitting there for 20 mins she returned and asked us what he wanted . So we asked her whats on the happy hour menu , she rolled her eyes and stared only beer and mixed drinks . I ordered a henny punch and it was disgusting . It tasted like pineapple juice after leaving it in the can too long . I asked her for a food menu . Again she rolled her eyes . After taking a glance at the menu , I put it down to discuss with my friend what should we get , the bartender picked the menu up and walked off . We waited another 10 mins before she came back and asked what we wanted . The wings were disgusting . Even while we were eating , she kept using a black rag wiping down the Bar top. A part of the darn was brushing on my plate. So I offered another drink . She acted like it was an inconvenience because she had to go to the back to get the liquor which was patron . The drink was horrible , I asked her if I could get something else and she stated no and walked off . On the other side of the bar I could hear her cussing up a storm while in a deep conversation with an elderly guy . Everyone at the bar looked at each other like wow. So the bill came , and she was polite enough to add her own tip because I sure wasnt giving her anything ! I will never ever ever visit this place or advise anyone to!

Extremely slow service and not friendly. We waited at least 30 min for a small salad along with a meat and cheese platter. The staff ignored us the whole time. During this time that we apparently we not there to them, as we observed the staff filling up a bottle of absolute vodka with even cheaper no name brand vodka. For those that hate places that auto add gratuity, this place adds 20% tip on the bill for any size party. The only positive about the place was that the food was tasty.

The wine selection and price were good. The meat and cheese platter was tasty. The music and surroundings were pleasant and cozy. However, the rest of the food was just meh. And the service, while nice, needs to go up a few notches - please open the bottle of wine at the table, ask if someone wants to taste it, and certainly pour the wine instead of just leaving the bottle and empty glasses at the table!

Called ahead to see if I could watch the playoff game only to have the manager turn off the game in sudden death overtime after spending money on food and drinks for 3+ hours. I could have gone to the Upper West Side or elsewhere in Harlem to spend my $, but decided to try something new. Big mistake. Extremely poor service from management in that regard.

My experience here was horrible. The bartender made me get up from the seat at the bar to give it to someone else. Not to mention he gave my food that I waited for 30 minutes away. To the same person. When I told the owner he told me its not in him. I was completely turned off ,and will never patronize this business ever again!

I love this place, the people, the food and most of all the banana sangria. I consider myself a very loyal customer and no matter what day/night I decide to go to MBV I always enjoy myself. I am considering celebrating my upcoming birthday here which is November 4th and its a Friday

Exceptional food and wine pairing! I had the salmon, asparagus and mashed potatoes. Great recommendations for wine pairing. Service was great with Ailen. Nice venue and music! Definitely returning!!

Favorite place to go. I still havent tried their brunch but I heard its really good. They have the best wings, tossed salad and the best banana sangria, so delicious. I never have any complaints!!

Sat down and ordered lunch. 40 minutes later that hadnt started saying the kitchen was "getting ready". Poor communication and poor service. We cancelled our order and left.
