They were out of a lot of items. Carrots for the salad, beef sliders, ALL the desserts--which the server made a point to stress how delicious they were and that we were missing out. Thanks for that. She was sitting at the bar when she wasnt with us. I get that it was slow, but that just looks bad. The food was decent, prices as to be expected for a trendy wine bar. It doesnt help that you have to add in the "mehh" service youd come to expect in Wash Hts. Also, dont come thinking youll have your pick of $8 wines and $6 beers, because youd lose on that one. They do have a good happy hour though. And plenty of TVs for game watching. I suppose Id go back--it was okay, just not great.

It tends to get a little crowded and the kitchen staff find it difficult to keep up with the high demands of orders. I went for brunch on a early Saturday afternoon. The wait after we had ordered (two adults) was about 25-30 minutes. Two simple burgers nothing spectacular but satisfying. The staff was friendly but not very attentive, didnt offer to refill our drinks or bothered to acknowledge our existence. Three stars because the burgers barely warm, the service was not the best and the price was a little high for the experience.

One of my favorite bars to go to uptown. They actually serve Macallan 12 which a lot of bars dont carry especially in this area. AND it isnt watered down! Dont pay any attention to that review down below mine... the drinks are very well made here. Very well balanced and delicious every time. Their food is very tasty as well.. I love the eggplant sandwich with yucca fries. They play great 90s music and a DJ comes on the weekend nights so the place turns into a little lounge. I always have fun each time I come here.

Food is great. I would recommend their signature burger. It was cooked perfectly. The only problem I had with this place was the drinks. They were the worst Ive ever had. Please train the servers or bartenders how to make simple drinks. The screw driver was way too strong. I also counted the pouring the servers did, was over 2 shots. Just go with a beer or a soda and order food.

Truly a beautiful, sophisticated bar where everyone, patrons to the management are genuine and respectful. I realize calling the best neighborhood bar is a bold statement, but I can put my money where my mouth is, so come see for yourself. As far as the cork and carry law, it doesnt apply. Sorry Melody, you owe him an apology.

Spent $14.50 on a burger which was overcooked and burnt. The roasted peppers I paid extra for were burnt. The burgers are smaller, the onion rings that came with the meal totaled 6 . This will be the last time I order from there! If I could figure out how to add a picture of my burnt peppers and burger I would!

Awesome bar in the Dykeman/Washington Heights area. Its small so I wouldnt arrive there on a Friday or Saturday with a group larger than 10. The food is great. One of the best hot wings uptown and best burgers. The music is always dope and you can watch sports games on the huge projection screen.

Used to love this spot more before. Not sure what changed. Maybe the music. I still go often for the beer and its never crowded if youre there early. I wish they made better veggie burgers. Yuca fries used to be good, but the portion is smaller now and last time I had them they were very hard

Pretty good experience; place is a little small. There was only about one server, one bartender. They have a pretty good beer selection, but most of the beer was sold out. Asked for burger well done, and it came to me medium rare.
