Made the trip to Bar LunAtico because they had booked the truly great guitar players Jim Campilongo and Steve Cardenas to play for the evening. The night was perfect in every way. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. Reasonable prices on the wines and delicious. Its on the far side of my neighborhood, so I used the bus part way. (And hey, now that the bus times are computerized, I used an app on my phone so I didnt have to wait around for it!)

This bar is cool. Cool without trying to be cool but not without effort and thoughtful creativity to make it special. Today there was a live Gospel band which was novel and powerful. Sunday Brunch menu is the most diverse I have come across yet in NYC and the food delivered on taste too. The drinks reflect the passion, flair and dedication of the guy behind the bar. Go and you wont be disappointed. Just get there early

Extremely cute bar with awesome decor. The quality of drinks is superb as well. Had an awesome whiskey ginger, where they also squeeze a bit of lemon and shake it up for a nice froth. I appreciate this place! Bartenders are very welcoming and professional. I wish they were playing live music when I came here on a Saturday evening but Im aware that they play in intervals.

A true NY jazz club in the old school sense--walk in almost any night and the music will be great. Sometimes its world class artists youd pay $50 for downtown, but its a $10 suggested donation. The food is great, drinks too. I wish there were more beers on tap, and that the layout was more comfortable, but thats NYC...

Came for a Fat Tuesday event featuring Tubbys which was incredible! Feature a lot of live music and although we didnt order food, the menu looked enticing. However they need to do a better job advertising their can/bottle selection!
