awful attitude from the management towards the customers. the food is good but the service of the employees and especially of the Asian lady who is either the manager or the owner is awful. You would expect a better service and appreciation when you spend so much money in this place. I work at the hotel next door and always send guest there, especially if someone wants a quick bite. i used to buy my lunch there every day. However i started hearing from my guests that they have been over charged. I was surprised and it was hard for me to believe, till they tried to over charge my husband too. It was 2 weeks ago on the day of the snow blizzard. my husband went there to buy food for us. the prices were on the food and it came up to $25, however, the Asian lady (either the manager or the owner) charged him $42, when he told her its wrong and asked her to count again, she did it again and told him with an attitude "here, happy its $41 and not $42". when he showed her the price tags on the items and the sandwiches that the employees wrote she told him "it is what it is, if you dont like get the f*** out of here". So when she was caught lying and trying to overcharge and steal, in stead of apologize she cursed at him, took away his food and called the kitchen guys physically trying to kick him out of the store. today my manger got soup there and took 4 packs of crackers, the same lady, took away 2 packs of the crackers and told her that she is not allowed to take so many and again charged her more than what the sign says. non of the hotel employees want to go there anymore. And non of us will send any guests there again. I will personally make sure of it and make sure that all the hotels in the area know not to send guests there cuz the owner tries to overcharged each and one of them.

After a long Saturday, and a painful Sunday morning, we came across the street from our hotel to Ashleys. From the outside, it looks jank! But dont judge a book by its cover right? The inside was meticulously clean, and had a modern vibe. They had a hot/cold salad bar with lo mein, mac and cheese, pasta, etc. And then SUPER fresh fruit, pasta salads, and other random fresh premade salad stuff like bok choy. THey also had several made-to-order stands like a wok, salads, sandwhiches, etc. I opted for the bar so I can try lots of stuff. Everything looked incredibly fresh. Decent amount of seating space. The inside is huge so you can find organic chips, drinks, ice cream, and what not. I loved all my food. Like I said, fresh and well flavored. -1 star because $8.99/lb is STEEP. I barely got anything in my box, just a spoon of 5-6 things and it came out to $9. Yikes.

Awesome find! We were staying at a nearby hotel while apartment searching and happened to find this little gem. They serve many different types of food that change throughout the day. You can get it buffet style or have someone cook you a fresh meal. The price is very reasonably for what you get. The plus side is that it is open 24/7! My boyfriend and I found an apartment in a different area but we both were hoping for a place like this in our neighborhood. If you are in the area, I recommend stopping here. Also, the staff is very friendly!

Their sandwiches are total slop garbage. I have been twice. The first time I ordered a cold cut deli sandwich and threw it away after two bites. The meat was low quality, the vegetables were not ripe and mealy, the bred was stale and they were way to heavy on the condiments. I didnt lean my lesson and just had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Again it was slop garbage. Soggy bread, greasy meat, way too much cheese which made the sandwich nauseating. Skip this place for literally any other on the block.

Went for their brunch prepared foods that you pay by weight. Everything that I picked taste pretty good. Their scramble eggs are made out of real eggs! I wish they would of made their pancakes smaller so I would of tried it. They make them big so it would weigh a ton for the scale! Also made my own fruit salad. Their fruits were fresh and very sweet, wow! This place isnt cheap but comparable to other pay by weight places at like $9 per pound.

Awful, awful, awful, too expensive, and the Asian manager has absolutely no manners, my crew spent on avg, between 150-200 a day n coffee n lunch, n Asian manager wants to charge for a cup? To make matters worse 1/2 the job has been on o casino sick from the food on the steam table. Only could manage a "B" rating w/city. STAY AWAY

Staff is friendly, there is very little turnover in what they have, and it is easily the most expensive salad bar type place Ive ever seen. And if you want freshly prepared food, like a rice bowl, it will cost a good chunk more then in nearby Chinese fast food places that are very good. But again, a nice staff.

The Juice Bar section of this eatery is worth 4 stars alone - the size large juice is reasonable priced. The 3-star rating is because if you dont go when the food is fresh (in the morning & during lunch hour), the its 50/50 as to how appealing the food on the hot bar looks.

I have worked in this building for a year. Only visited this place less than 5 times. The deli is not clean, the hot buffet is managed poorly. The nickname for this place is "trashleys for a reason. This place needs to step up their game in food and services
