Lived in Chappaqua over 30 years and tonight ordered from 28 Chinese Restaurant. All my family really enjoyed everything we ordered...great dumplings, great egg rolls, very good hunan chicken, wonderful hot & sour soup.. One of the best in area...and very reasonably priced...4 of us ate for around $35.00. A really good find!!

I was looking forward to a decent Chinese take-out. However, I found the fried dumplings to be as heavy as bricks. The dough was so thick i couldnt bite through it. The sliced roast pork with vegetables was mediocre and tasteless.
