They dont deserve not enough one star... if there was a negative 0 star on here they should get that... they are rude when they answer the call.. I asked if they had Brown garlic sauce they told me no... I asked if they had barbecue sauce and the rude donkey stated no.. and when ok he just hung up the phone on me. I called back and said dont bother with that order to my address is dont want it, then he stated Im not making the food is said I dont care and I dont want it and hung on him.

So I ordered from Lucky Star and I was $.25 short so I told the delivery guy to give me one second Ill go get the $.25 I live on before floor no elevator so two seconds later hes ringing everyone in the buzzer in the building so I get back downstairs he has a whole attitude so I took the $.25 and threw it for a month after that the delivery man called my phone harassing me until I told him if he does not stop Im calling immigration never again

They are probably the worst Chinese restaurant I have come across. The delivery guy arrived at home and was disrespectful from the start. He sat in his car and stuffed his face while I waited in my door way. When I asked for my food, he yelled "Hold on !" He came to the curb and still refused to pass me my food unless I placed all of my money in his hand. I did not like the service so I went back inside and the driver then yelled "F$&@ YOU !"

We order delivery and they dont honor the free soda policy without a confrontation. The food is mediocre and they are very rude. We should not accept less than the best, of everything, just because we live in this area. People in Park Slope wouldnt!!! We need to stand up for our rights and watch out for they may do something to your food. I am not going to take it anymore!!!

Nothing good about this place, they are nasty and rude!!!! I can not stress enough how disgusting these people are!!! I tried to order with a card and the guy flat out called me stupid because they dont take card and i wanted to use a card, not my fault they are a low grade, just wow...i can not understand how the hell these people have 3 star

their food is decent but they need to wear plastic gloves and hairnets! Also a cook or two have horrible attitudes towards their customers ,with little or no respect.

Poor service. I ordered lunch at 1, and got it delivered at 2:30 (<1.5 miles). The taste of food is little below average. 2 star for food and and 1 star for service.
