Ive always had a very pleasant experience at this Häagen-Dazs...until tonight. So unprofessional! Why post operating hours when you shut down whenever you want. There was literally a small crowd of people at the door at 9:55 wanting to buy ice cream but the door was locked. They were still serving customers. There was still ice cream to be sold. I understand when youre closing for the evening you just want to get home, but you have a job to do. Your job is to sell ice cream. Do your job.
