Ive worked here not too long ago I just recently stopped goin the real reason why the workers are so rude is prob because there getting paid once a month if that ...the managers name is Bakula an I have tried contacting the bbb an dol I started may 23 still have yet to see a check I kept telling her to take my id so she can get the paper work into payroll but deliberately will avoid it to the point where I finally got my info into payroll she said it would be another week or two for my first check at first I thought ok Ill wait it out but then realized no this is wrong my bills arent going to wait that long an it doesnt stop there all the workers are scared to tell someone of higher authority in one of the other stores she owns in Braintree theres a girl named happi that works there she told me that she started the beginning of march an didnt see her first pay check till may for only 900 dollars then happi proceeded to tell me maybe she wont do that to you since your "American an know the law a lot better than us" what this manager is doin is wrong and illegal shes holding peoples check an takin money out of it if too much supplies is being used at the stores like paper towels soap etc luckily I saved every single clock out receipt I have gotten so Im owed 74.56 hours an if I dont see every penny of it then they will be seeing my lawyer and I hope your reading this right now bakula since you dont want to answer the phones anymore

So I went here and the woman working behind the desk working was so so so rude. She was putting raw bacon on my sandwich and she asked if I wanted my sub toasted and I said yes just the bacon and she was acting like she was aggravated and annoyed. So she said lose the attitude. And she was being so rude I have never been treated that way as me being a customer and the rude person was a worker. I was so mad I am never coming here again. They just lost my business!

The food is great, but they need to hire new ppl or something because the people here are so rude, every time I go in there. I work in retail and I understand its hot and youre aggravated but thats when you need to learn how to turn it on and off. Dont work here if youre going to be rude every time smh
