I went to Lalas today and I waited 25 minutes for an order of diri kole and griyo with a side of bunan pezé. I waited so long and eventually had to leave because I had other things to do. It should never take that long to make a $5 plate. If they are short on staff, maybe they should hire more people.

They have $5 plates, mac & cheese, potato salad and their griot comes with pikliz. It all tastes soooo good. Way better than Las Vegas.
