Took 5 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge that we were here. After we got our salads they had no dressing on them and was given a drop of dressing in a container when we asked for some and made it clear it was because there was known on our salads already. I eat at Panera all the time and love it but this totally ruined my night and was so disappointed
