I came in to the store with the intention of using a coupon from the new text messaging offers. The offer was to buy the 32 oz soda and receive a free 6 inch sub. When I got to the register, I told the cashier named BHAGAWOTI, that I have this a coupon; she grabbed my phone told me that I was supposed to show it to her before she started making the sandwich. She pressed the confirm and redeem button on the screen and told me to wait until it got to 0, when it was time for me to pay the offer had said that it was no longer valid and she told me that she could not give me the offer because it said it was no longer valid and it would be going against the law of the store when SHE HERSELF had pressed the redeem button. I myself am a cashier, therefore I am aware that a cashier should never grab a customers phone (isnt this already going against the stores law?) also, she kept saying that the coupon wasnt valid until the time hit 0, but I know for a fact that the coupon is valid until it hits 0 because it would then be expired. I ended up having to pay full price for a poorly made sub, Im very disappointed with my experience today at this location and I will not be a returning customer. DONT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

This Subway is the worst! They don’t offer any $5 footlong selections that everyone in the area honors. They don’t listen, the woman making my sandwich assumed I wanted my sandwich toasted I told her 3 times not to toast my sandwich (really?). Then the topper, I went to the restroom and there was a big black 2 inch cockroach on the bathroom wall! If there’s one in the restroom you know there more hiding where the food is. Again the worst Subway EVER!

Fire the African lady immediately she does not listen then follows to offend me by calling me Indian also the food is not clean the ladys personal high jean is off the charts i would personally just ask for this place to be shut down tastes terrible also the lady will stare off into space when you ask her for something I know Im the only one complaining there are multiple people fire her

The place is good is located great ..but the employed that work there is not friendly and They do not know how to treat people... I think the owner should do something about it....... That was my personal experience. ...I am a frequent customer of this chain of restaurants and they treated me very well except there.

The employees can barely speak English. The restaurant is very dirty. A cockroach crawled across my booth the last time I was there. They put one tiny half slice of cheese on my sub- if you want more than that you have to pay extra!
