They may be good at taking care of their drive thru, but they dont seem to care much about the inside of the store. The tables are dirty; the floor is messy; the interior is already falling apart (e.g., one of the tiles underneath the cash register just fell off when no one kicked/touched it). If you ask them to wipe off your table because its so dirty that your napkins wont do, they use their wet towel and swipe it with two strokes, leaving the table completely wet. The water/chemical didnt even cover the whole table either. :( So I regretted that I asked. No, I regretted that I came to this Starbucks and used some napkins to swipe the wet table off--for them. I know Starbucks is not like Baltimore Coffee. Starbucks is not a high-end coffee shop either. But come on! I wouldnt wanna come back if its persistently filthy and some employees are so untrained that they dont even know how to wipe the tables off properly. Perhaps Starbucks is so big that they dont really care anymore. Hope thats not the case.

There are numerous Starbucks shops along York Rd between Towson & Hunt Valley; imo this one is by far the best. It looks like they get a ton of business, but they handle it very well. As to the infinite combinations of coffee drinks that can be concocted: theyre the only Starbucks that gets mine just right every single time. Ive never had to say "a little more of this", or "not as much of that"; its been correct since the 1st time. Finally, all of the staff Ive encountered have been so nice, even when the place is bursting at the seams with customers.

A fantastic new location with a drive through and plenty of seating! A new and friendly staff make a great addition to the storefront and will continue to make Starbucks proud of its employees. If you go here and are disappointed understand that new staff means lots of training and that your drink can always be fixed, as is Starbucks customer guarantee! Hint: most customers use the drive through so if you have a minute to park and go in you will be served in a very timely fashion! Plus they recognize you and are very enjoyable baristas!

Nice little Starbucks.... stopped here with family as we had a little time to kill... used wi-fi, and had some drinks... friendly staff.. clean, comfortable place !
