We loved this Starbucks prior to the move. The staff was outstanding and cared about the customers. Especially, faithful customers. The drinks were always great. If they wernt, it would be fixed and you would receive a free drink ticket. Now, there store is always dirty and chaotic. The chance of getting the correct drink is very low. If you do get the correct drink, it doesnt taste like you paid five dollars for it. Just went through the drive through today. Ordered one skinny caramel macchiato, one normal macchiato, and a skinny iced cinnamon dolce. The skinny cinnamon dolce order was repeated three times and confirmed when we noticed the screen did not indicate skinny. We received a cinnamon dolce with whip cream. When my husband asked why a skinny had whip cream the girl said, "oh, was it skinny." She said they could remake it if he wanted. We just left. This Starbucks has turned into a waste of our money.

Horrible if you go after the morning shift is gone. Never make a standard refresher correctly in the afternoon let alone attitude from drive thru staff. Sat for 20 min in the drive thru line....just to be told at the window they were out of every size but tall and grande....then order a $5 drink get to the window sit there for 3 min as I see my drink is already made sitting there....then pay and get my drink and it taste like water....go in to get it fixed and the excuse is u ndersstaffed....a cuustomer before me in line is told the workers tell the manager of all these problems and nothing changes. Maybe corporate needs to retrain managers...also why have 8 employees with no manager there to help or realize all these issues with this store...also out of fraps....in summer smh....this starbucks is one of the worst in the 757

This Starbucks has moved across the street. It has a completely different feel from the old place. The decor feels industrial, the temperature is cold, and tables are all shoved up against the walls like theyre an afterthought. Its like they really dont want people sitting around -- they want people getting drinks to go and not lingering. I was going to do homework here with a nice hot drink, but ended up going to Panera instead. Much warmer there, in both decor and physical temperature. In the summer it might be different. They have more seating outside on a patio than they do inside.

Never again. Asked for a SALTED caramel frappachino with 2% milk and watch the young lady take a deep breath as if it was too much of a inconvience to make then makes the frappachino with no salt and say the sea salt in over where the salt and napkins and sugar is. Whats the purpose of ordering a SALTED frappachino if you dont put the salt up there when you placed the order..thank God the manager was courteous and have me my refund along with a gift card. She didnt know if I was a secret shopper or not. Never again

Great place to work, my coworkers are fantastic, and boy do we put care into those drinks! Theres very few of our menu items I dislike, and thats only bc of pickiness, I assure you! Our regulars are amazing too, and I hope we make our store a comfortable place for them! 9/7, Fantastic humans here.

Jerimiah, Tisha, Ashley, Molly , Zarriah, Patrick, and Isaac were extremely awesome in keeping up with all the customers who descended upon this location all at one time..My beverages were great and my food was warm. I am thankful for such awesome employees at my Starbucks.
